Եվրամիությունն ի գիտություն է ընդունում Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանի կողմից ընդունված պարտավորեցնող միջոցը, որում նշվում է, որ Ադրբեջանը պետք է ձեռնարկի իր տրամադրության տակ եղած բոլոր միջոցները՝ ապահովելու մարդկանց, տրանսպորտային միջոցների և բեռների անարգել տեղաշարժը Լաչինի միջանցքով՝ երկու ուղղություններով։ «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ նման հայտարարություն է տարածել ԵՄ դիվանագիտական գերատեսչության պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Պիտեր Ստանոն:

«ԵՄ-ին շարունակում են մտահոգել Լաչինի միջանցքում շարունակվող խոչընդոտները և դրանց պատճառով տեղի քաղաքացիական բնակչության համար առաջացած մարդասիրական հետևանքները: Միջանցքի օգտագործման վերաբերյալ Ադրբեջանի բոլոր մտահոգությունները կարող են և պետք է լուծվեն բացառապես երկխոսության միջոցով», - նշված է հաղորդագրությունում։

ԵՄ-ն կրկնել է իր կոչը Ադրբեջանի իշխանություններին և բոլոր պատասխանատուներին՝ «երաշխավորելու Լաչինի միջանցքով տեղաշարժի ազատությունն ու անվտանգությունը՝ համաձայն 2020 թ. նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարությամբ ստանձնած պարտավորությունների»:

«Մենք նաև ընդգծում ենք տուժած բնակչությանը գազի, էլեկտրաէներգիայի և այլ ծառայությունների անխափան մատակարարումն ապահովելու կենսական անհրաժեշտությունը», - նշված է ԵՄ արտաքին գերատեսչության տարածած հայտարարությունում։

«ԵՄ-ն շարունակում է ներգրավված մնալ, այդ թվում՝ ամենաբարձր մակարդակով՝ աջակցելու Հարավային Կովկասում խաղաղության և անվտանգության ամրապնդմանն ուղղված ջանքերին», - եզրափակել է Պիտեր Ստանոն:

Ինչպես ավելի վաղ հայտնել էր «Արմենպրես»-ը, փետրվարի 22-ին Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանը հրապարակել էր Լաչինի միջանցքի ապաշրջափակման վերաբերյալ ժամանակավոր միջոց կիրառելու Հայաստանի պահանջի մասին որոշումը: Դատարանը եզրակացրել էր, որ Ադրբեջանը պարտավոր է իր՝ կոնվենցիայով ստանձնած պարտավորությունների համաձայն՝ ձեռնարկել իրենից կախված բոլոր միջոցները, որպեսզի ապահովի անձանց, տրանսպորտային միջոցների և բեռների անխափան տեղաշարժը Լաչինի միջանցքով՝ երկու ուղղություններով:
