Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանի գլխավորությամբ փետրվարի 23-ին տեղի է ունեցել կառավարության նիստ:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ը տեղեկանում է Արցախի նախագահի աշխատակազմի տարածած հաղորդագրությունից, երկրի ղեկավարը ներկայացրել է Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի շրջափակման հետանքով Հանրապետությունում ստեղծված ռազմաքաղաքական և սոցիալ-տնտեսական իրավիճակը, իշխանությունների կողմից ձեռնարկվող միջոցառումները` ծագող խնդիրները լուծելու ուղղությամբ:

Կառավարության նիստում նախագահ Հարությունյանը հրապարակել է նաև Ռուբեն Վարդանյանին պետական նախարարի պաշտոնից ազատելու  մասին հրամանագիրը։ Նա բարձր է գնահատել Վարդանյանի ջանքերը թե՛ Արցախի մասին միջազգային իրազեկվածության բարձրացման և թե՛ շրջափակման ընթացքում ներքին բազմաթիվ հիմնախնդիրների լուծման ուղղությամբ:

«Այս ողջ ընթացքում ես և Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը եղել ենք միասին՝ ամենօրյա ռեժիմով հետևելով ինչպես Արցախում, այնպես էլ արտաքին աշխարհում տեղի ունեցող իրադարձություններին, զարգացումներին, մշտապես մտքեր ենք փոխանակել ստեղծված իրավիճակում լուծումների շուրջ: Ես շնորհակալ եմ պարոն Վարդանյանին այն բանի համար, որ ինչպես ընկերական, այնպես էլ գործընկերային հարաբերություններում նա մշտապես ձգտել է առավելագույն չափով ինձ հետ կիսել պատասխանատվությունը և ոչ թե սահմանադրական նորմերին հղում անելով՝ փորձել այն  բարդել ինձ վրա: Բայց մյուս կողմից նա գիտակցումով և ըմբռնումով էր մոտենում նաև Արցախում ստեղծված վիճակի ու հետագա բոլոր խնդիրների համար իմ անձնական պատասխանատվության ծավալին ու չափին»,- ընդգծել է երկրի ղեկավարը:
