«Արար» հիմնադրամի պատվիրակությունը մասնակցեց միջազգային պաշտպանական IDEX & NAVDEX 2023 ցուցահանդեսին

«Արար» հիմնադրամի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի անդամներ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը, Արթուր Ալավերդյանը, Իգոր Զարգարյանը և գործադիր տնօրեն Արմեն Խաչիկյանը մասնակցեցին Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրություններում փետրվարի 20-ից 24-ը տեղի ունեցող «IDEX & NAVDEX2023» ցուցահանդեսին և համակողմանի ուսումնասիրեցին սպառազինության և ռազմական տեխնիկայի ժամանակակից միտումները։Հիմնադրամի ներկայացուցիչները ուշադրությամբ դիտարկեցին ռազմարդյունաբերության մի շարք նորագույն լուծումներն ու բազմաթիվ  հանդիպումներ ունեցան ռազմարդյունաբերական խոշոր ընկերությունների ներկայացուցիչների հետ։ Այս ռազմատեխնիկական ցուցահանդեսը հիանալի հնարավորություն է վերաիմաստավորելու հայկական բանակի սպառազինության տեսլականն ու ռազմավարությունը։

Հիմնադրամի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի անդամ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը, մասնավորապես, նշեց, - «Արար» հիմնադրամը ռազմարդյունաբերության ոլորտում անցած տարիներին ակտիվ ներդրումներ է կատարել, և դրանց մասշտաբը շարունակ աճում է: Երբ տեսնում ես այլ (ներառյալ թշնամական) երկրների ձեռքբերումները, հիմնական զգացողությունն այն է, որ մենք իրավունք չունենք հետ մնալու, խեղճ լինելու, արդյունքում վախենալու՝ ընդհակառակը, պետք է ի մի բերենք մեր ուժերը, օրնիբուն աշխատենք, և ձգտենք մեր գերակա ուղղություններում առնվազն հավասարվել լավագույններին: Պետք է արժանիորեն գնահատել նաև հայկական ընկերություններին, որոնք հետևողական աշխատում են՝ զարգացնելու հայկական ռազմական արդյունաբերությունը և մեր հավաքական մարտական կարողությունները»։

Հիմնադրամի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի անդամ Իգոր Զարգարյանը նշեց, - «Գործնականում անհնար է ամբողջությամբ արտադրել կամ գնել Հայաստանին անհրաժեշտ բոլոր տեսակի զենքեր և տեխնոլոգիաներ։ Բայց միանգամայն վստահ ենք, որ բոլոր ջանքերը պետք է ուղղված լինեն ասիմետրիկ զինատեսակների վրա։Այսինքն՝  օրինակ, մշակել տասնյակ հազարավոր դոլարների տեխնոլոգիաներ, որոնք կարող են եթե ոչ ոչնչացնել, ապա գոնե մի քանի միլիոն դոլար արժողությամբ թշնամու անարդյունավետ տեխնիկա դարձնել։ Պարզ ասած, անհրաժեշտ է ներդրումներ կատարել «խելացի տեխնոլոգիաների» մեջ»:

Հիմնադրամի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի անդամ Արթուր Ալավերդյանը նշեց, - «Ցուցահանդեսում մեր տեսածը վկայում է, որ ռազմական տեխնոլոգիաների զարգացումն ընթանում է կանխատեսելի ուղղությամբ։ Հետաքրքրական է, որ քաղաքացիական ոլորտում լայնորեն կիրառվող նորագույն տեխնոլոգիաներն ակտիվորեն կիրառվում են նաև ռազմական ոլորտում։ Մեր երկիրը պետք է բազմապատկի իր ջանքերը նորագույն տեխնոլոգիաների զարգացման և ժամանակակից պաշտպանական արդյունաբերության զարգացման ուղղությամբ, եթե մենք ցանկանում ենք արդյունավետ պաշտպանվել և լինել այս շուկայում մրցակցային խաղացող»։

Ամփոփելով, «Արար» հիմնադրամի տնօրեն Արմեն Խաչիկյանը կարևորեց ռազմարդյունաբերության համաշխարհային զարգացման ուղղությունների ուսումնասիրումը, ապագայի սպառազինության հեռանկարների գնահատումն ու հայկական բանակի հնարավորինս համապատասխանեցումը միջազգային առկա մակարդակին։ Վերջինս ընդգծեց, որ անհրաժեշտ է ռազմատեխնիկական զարգացումներին համընթաց քայլել և պատրաստ լինել ոչ թե անցյալի պատերազմական փորձին, այլև ապագայի սպառնալիքներին։

Մեր երկրի համար այս բարդ և խնդրահարույց իրավիճակում «Արար» հիմնադրամը շարունակում է խիստ առաջնահերթ համարել անվտանգության և զարգացման բարենպաստ պայմանների ապահովումը ու նորարարական տեխնոլոգիաների միջոցով պաշտպանական համակարգերի արդիականացումը։
