«ԱՍԿԵ Գրուպ» բաց բաժնետիրական ընկերությունը, որը պողպատաձուլական ոլորտում գործունեություն է ծավալում ավելի քան 10 տարի և հայտնի է բարձրորակ պողպատե ամրանների արտադրությամբ, ահազանգում է շուկայում առկա կեղծիքի մասին։ Մասնավորապես, հայտնվել է արտադրող, որն իր ամրանային ձողերի վրա սեփական անվան փոխարեն ապօրինաբար մակնշել է «ԱՍԿԵ Գրուպ» Ընկերության կրճատ անվանումը՝ «ASCE»-ն։
Ընկերության ներկայացուցիչներն այս դեպքի մասին տեղեկացել են պատահաբար, երբ որակի հսկողություն իրականացնող համապատասխան մասնագիտացված լաբորատորիայից հայտնել են, որ իրենց մոտ փորձաքննության ենթակա «ASCE» (կեղծ) մակնշմամբ պողպատե ամրանը չի համապատասխանում սահմանված տեխնիկական պահանջներին։
«Բնականաբար, այս հանգամանքը մեծ անհանգստություն առաջացրեց մեզ մոտ, քանի որ արտադրության ողջ գործընթացում մենք համապատասխան հսկողություններն իրականացնում ենք, և առավել քան վստահ ենք, որ «ԱՍԿԵ Գրուպ»-ի արտադրանքը համապատասխանում է որակի բոլոր չափանիշներին։ Ուսումնասիրության արդյունքում պարզեցինք, որ կեղծ գովազդով անբարեխիղճ արտադրողը փորձել է առավելագույնս նմանակել մեր Ընկերության արտադրանքը։ Սակայն տարբերություններն ակնհայտ են թե՛ տառատեսակի, թե՛ մետաղի գույնի և, բնականաբար, որակի առումով»,- մանրամասներ է ներկայացնում «ԱՍԿԵ Գրուպ» Ընկերության տնօրեն Հրաչյա Մուրադյանը։
ՀՀ կառավարության 2021թ․ N607-Ն որոշմամբ հաստատված «Բետոնի ամրանավորման համար օգտագործվող պողպատե արտադրանքներին ներկայացվող պահանջների տեխնիկական կանոնակարգ»-ի պահանջների 29-րդ կետի համաձայն, յուրաքանչյուր ամրանային ձող պետք է ունենա արտադրող կազմակերպության անվանումը և ամրանի մակնիշը, գլոցվածքային մակնշում՝ ոչ ավելի քան 1.5 մետր հեռավորությամբ։
«Առհասարակ ամբողջ աշխարհում, ինչպես նաև Հայաստանում տեխնիկական կանոնակարգերի նպատակը համապատասխան անվտանգություն ապահովելն է։ Տվյալ ընկերության արտադրանքը նույնիսկ չի համապատասխանում որակի ստանդարտներին և սեյսմակայունության, առհասարակ շինարարության առումով բազմաթիվ ռիսկեր է պարունակում։ Սա ոչ միայն մեր ընկերության, այլ առհասարակ սեյսմիկ անվտանգության խնդիր է»,-նշում է «ԱՍԿԵ Գրուպ» ընկերության տնօրեն Հրաչյա Մուրադյանը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ այս դեպքն ուղղակիորեն վարկաբեկում է իրենց Ընկերության տարիների ընթացքում ձեռք բերած բարի համբավն ու հեղինակությունը, ուստի իրենք հետևողական են լինելու պաշտպանելու իրենց օրինական շահերը, առավել ևս, երբ խոսքը մարդկանց կյանքին և անվտանգությանն է վերաբերում։
ՀՀ ոստիկանությունը օրերս հայտնաբերել է «ԱՍԿԵ Գրուպ» Ընկերության անունից կեղծ գովազդով սպառողներին մոլորության մեջ գցող Ընկերության արտադրամասը: Հարուցվել է քրեական գործ։
Կեղծ, անորակ և տեխնիկական պահանջներին չհամապատասխանող արտադրանք ձեռք բերելու և օգտագործելու ռիսկերից խուսափելու համար «ԱՍԿԵ Գրուպ» Ընկերության տնօրեն Հրաչյա Մուրադյանը կոչ է անում սպառողներին իրենց արտադրանքը գնել բացառապես «ԱՍԿԵ Գրուպ»-ի գործընկեր կազմակերպություններից, մասնավորապես Միկմետալ ՓԲԸ միջոցով:
