Երբ տեսնում ես այլ երկրների ձեռքբերումները, հիմնական զգացողությունն այն է, որ մենք իրավունք չունենք հետ մնալու. Չալաբյան

Քաղաքական-հասարակական գործիչ, «Համախմբում» շարժման խորհրդի անդամ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Անցած երեք օրերը Արար հիմնադրամի թիմի հետ միասին ես գտնվում էի Աբու Դաբիում անցկացվող հեղինակավոր IDEX միջազգային ռազմատեխնիկական ցուցահանդեսում: Այս ցուցահանդես է եզակի է իր ներկայացուցչականությամբ՝ տառացիորեն հազարավոր ընկերություններ հարյուրից ավել երկրներից երկու տարին մեկ գալիս են այստեղ՝ ներկայացնելու իրենց ձեռքբերումները, փորձի փոխանակման, և նաև շահավետ գործարքներ կնքելու:
 
Մենք այս անգամ գնացել էինք մեծ թիմով, և ինչպես արդեն մի շարք սեփական պրոդուկտներ էինք ներկայացնում, այնպես էլ ակտիվորեն ուսումնասիրում էինք մրցակիցներին և նրանց համանման զարգացումները: Մի քանի կարևոր դիտարկում՝
ա) Անոդաչու թռչող սարքերի (ԱԹՍ) ոլորտը շարունակում է ակտիվ զարգանալ, բազմաթիվ երկրներ ցուցադրում են իրեն ձեռքբերումները այստեղ: Ցավոք, առաջատարների թվում են Թուրքիան և Իսրայելը, որոնք շարունակում են նոր և ավելի մահաբեր սարքեր ներկայացնել շուկա: Այս տարի հայկական տաղավարում ևս մի շարք ԱԹՍ-եր էին ներկայացված, ոմանք իրենց տեսակի մեջ բավական արդյունավետ, բայց մենք դեռ հսկայական ճանապարհ ունենք անցնելու՝ որպեսզի հասնենք և գերազանցենք շուկայի առաջատարներին:
 
բ) ԱԹՍ-երի զարգացմանը զուգահեռ, կատարելագործվում են նաև նրանց դեմ պայքարի մեթոդները՝ ռադարներ, օպտոէլեկտրոնային հետախուզման միջոցներ, ռադիոէլեկտրոնային խլացուցիչներ, լազերային և հրթիռային խոցման միջոցներ, և այլն: Այս ոլորտը հատուկ հետաքրքրություն է ներկայացնում մեզ համար, հաշվի առնելով թշնամու առավելությունը ԱԹՍ-երում: Մենք արդեն ունենք մի շարք հետաքրքիր մշակումներ, սակայն առաջիկա տարիներին մեզ հսկայական աշխատանք է սպասում այստեղ ևս, խնդիրներն այստեղ անսպառ են:
 
գ) մեկ այլ հետաքրքիր զարգացում՝ դա մարտական տարատեսակ միջոցների շարունակող ավտոմատացումն է և խոցման ճշգրտության բարձրացումը, այնպես, որ դրանցից շատերը կառավարվեն հեռավորությունից, երաշխավորված խոցեն թիրախները, բայց զինվորը չգտնվի անմիջական կրակի տակ: Այն երկրները, որոնք դա ավելի արդյունավետ կանեն, էական առավելություն կստանան ապագա մարտադաշտում, և կխնայեն բազմաթիվ մարդկային կյանքեր: Այստեղ էլ մենք ունենք արդեն որոշակի մեկնարկային առաջընթաց, բայց նմանապես շատ մեծ աշխատանք կա առջևում:
 
Բոլոր այս ուղղություններով մեր հիմնադրամը գործընկերների հետ միասին անցած տարիներին ակտիվ ներդրումներ է կատարել, և դրանց մասշտաբը շարունակ աճում է: Երբ տեսնում ես այլ (ներառյալ թշնամական) երկրների ձեռքբերումները, հիմնական զգացողությունն այն է, որ մենք իրավունք չունենք հետ մնալու, խեղճ լինելու, արդյունքում վախենալու՝ ընդհակառակը, պետք է ի մի բերենք մեր ուժերը, օրնիբուն աշխատենք, և ձգտենք մեր գերակա ուղղություններում առնվազն հավասարվել լավագույններին:
 
Համոզված եմ, որ դա մեզ սպասում է առջևում, և տեղ-տեղ արդեն սկսել է իրականություն դառնալ: Մինչ այդ, շնորհակալություն եմ հայտնում բոլոր գործընկերներին, որոնք այս օրերին իմ հետ էին այս կարևոր ցուցահանդեսում, և որոնք այսօր հետևողական աշխատում են՝ զարգացնելու հայկական ռազմական արդյունաբերությունը և մեր հավաքական մարտական կարողությունները:
