Հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին ԵՄ առաքելությունում Լյուքսեմբուրգը նույնպես ոստիկան կներկայացնի

Ադրբեջանը պետք է հարգի Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի կապը Հայաստանի հետ։ Այս մասին Երեւանում Հայաստանի արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանի հետ համատեղ ասուլիսում հայտարարեց Լյուքսեմբուրգի արտգործնախարար Ժան Ասելբորնը։
«Արարատ Միրզոյանի հետ հանդիպմանը ես ավելի լավ հասկացա հակամարտությունն ու դրա հետեւանքները։ Լաչինի շրջափակումը եւ գազի ու էլեկտրաէներգիայի մատակարարման ընդհատումները։ Լյուքսեմբուրգը եւ նրա եվրոպացի գործընկերները կոչ են արել Ադրբեջանին Լաչինի միջանցքով ազատ տեղաշարժ ապահովել ՝ 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարության համաձայն: Ես պատճառ չեմ տեսնում դռները փակելու համար, միջանցքը մարդկանց, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի բնակիչների համար է, որպեսզի նրանք կարողանան տեղաշարժվել: Սա կապ է Հայաստանի հետ, այն պետք է հարգել։ Ադրբեջանը պետք է հարգի այն, որպեսզի հնարավոր լինի լուծում գտնել»,- ասել է արտգործնախարարը։
Նախարարի գնահատմամբ՝ 2021 թվականին Փաշինյանի, Միշելի եւ Ալիեւի մասնակցությամբ սկսված բանակցությունները կարծես թե դադարել են։ «Դրանք լավ զարգանում էին։ Լյուքսեմբուրգը նպաստում է եռակողմ բանակցությունների վերսկսմանը տեւական խաղաղության հասնելու համար։ Մենք աջակցում ենք նաեւ ԵՄ առաքելությանը, որը կտեւի 2 տարի։ Սկզբում այն կներառի 100 դիտորդ։ Սա նաեւ կամրապնդի Հայաստանի եւ ԵՄ-ի հարաբերությունները եւ Հայաստանին կմոտեցնի ԵՄ-ին։ Առաքելությունը կարող է դրական դեր խաղալ, նվազեցնել ռիսկերն ու միջադեպերը։ Եվ կարող է կարեւոր խթան լինել հարաբերությունների կարգավորման համար։ Առաքելությունում Լյուքսեմբուրգը նույնպես ներկայացուցիչ ունի։ Նա շատ փորձառու ոստիկան է, որը պատրաստ է օգնել», - ասել է Ասելբորնը։
Ինչպես ավելի վաղ հաղորդվել էր, ԵՄ քաղաքացիական առաքելությունը մեկնարկել է փետրվարի 20-ին։
