Տոկիոյում այսօր անվտանգության շուրջ խորհրդակցություններ են սկսվել Ճապոնիայի և Չինաստանի արտաքին գործերի փոխնախարարների և պաշտպանության նախարարությունների ներկայացուցիչների մակարդակով:
Այս մասին հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ վկայակոչելով Kyodo գործակալությանը: «Տոկիոյում ընթացող հանդիպման ժամանակ երկու երկրների արտաքին գործերի և պաշտպանության նախարարությունների պաշտոնյաներն, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, կհամաձայնեն շարունակել համատեղ աշխատանքը կառուցողական և կայուն երկկողմ հարաբերություններ կառուցելու ուղղությամբ», - գրում է Kyodo-ն՝ վկայակոչելով Ճապոնիայի կառավարության աղբյուրների։
Ներկայիս երկխոսությունը տեղի է ունենում չորսամյա ընդմիջումից հետո, նախորդը կայացել Է 2019 թ.-ին Պեկինում։ Կողմերը խորհրդակցությունների ընթացքում ցույց կտան «փոխադարձ վստահությունը պահպանելու և ամրապնդելու ձգտումը» չինական օդապարիկների հետ կապված միջադեպի ֆոնին: Գործակալությունը նշում է, որ անցյալ շաբաթ Ճապոնիայի կառավարությունը հայտարարել էր, որ երկրի օդային տարածքում 2019-2021 թթ. ընթացքում առնվազն 3 չբացահայտված թռչող օբյեկտ է հայտնաբերվել, որոնք համարվում են չինական լրտեսական օդապարիկներ։ Չինաստանը հերքել է դա և մեղադրել Ճապոնիային Պեկինին ,վատաբանելու նպատակով պատմություններ հորինելու մեջե:
Kyodo-ն հիշեցնում է նաև, որ երկու երկրների միջև տարաձայնությունները պահպանվում են Սենկակու կղզիների (չինական անվանումը՝ Դյաոյու) շուրջ, որոնց տարածքային պատկանելությունը կողմերը վիճարկում են։ Բացի դրանից, Ճապոնիան, լինելով ԱՄՆ սերտ դաշնակիցը, դեկտեմբերին թարմացրել էր իր երեք հիմնական պաշտպանական փաստաթղթերը, որոնցում նաև ընդգծվում է ,Թայվանի նեղուցում խաղաղության և կայունությանե կարևորությունը: Այդ փաստաթղթերի համաձայն՝ Ճապոնիան այժմ իրավունք ունի հարվածներ հասցնել թշնամու տարածքին արտակարգ իրավիճակների դեպքում, ինչպես նաև պետք է կրկնապատկի իր պաշտպանական ծախսերը, ինչն առաջացրել է Չինաստանի դժգոհությունը
