Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկու բունկերը կարող է գտնվել 93 մետր խորության վրա, դրա մուտքերը, ենթադրաբար, գտնվում են Բանկովա փողոցում և Ուկրաինայի կառավարության շենքում՝ Գրուշևսկու փողոցում։ Այս տվյալները բխում են «Ватфор» նախագծի նյութից, հաղորդում է Gazeta.ru-ն։
Ըստ «Ватфор»-ի՝ ChZ-417 համարով բունկերը, որը բաղկացած է երկու բլոկից, նախագծվել է Մոսկվայի Մետրոպրոեկտ ինստիտուտի կողմից մետրոյի կարմիր գծի մակարդակին մոտավորապես հավասար խորության վրա։
Նախագծի հեղինակների կարծիքով՝ բունկերի մուտքերը, հավանաբար, գտնվում են Բանկովա փողոցում գտնվող նախագահի գրասենյակի շենքում և Ուկրաինայի կառավարության շենքում՝ Գրուշևսկի փողոցում։
Նշվում է, որ կառույցը բաղկացած է երեք հարկից։
Հոդվածի համաձայն՝ բունկերն այնպես է նախագծվել, որ կարողանա պաշտպանել 2500 կիլոգրամանոց ռումբերի պայթյունից և ջրհեղեղից։
Ավելի վաղ The Sunday Times-ը, հղում անելով ուկրաինական կառավարությունում անանուն աղբյուրին, հայտնել էր, որ անցյալ տարվա փետրվարից և մի քանի ամիս շարունակ Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկին և նրա շրջապատը գտնվում էին ստորգետնյա բունկերում։
