Ռուսաստանը կարողանում է ընկերություն անել և պահել իր խոսքը, ոչ ոքի հուսախաբ չի անի և միշտ կաջակցի դժվարին իրավիճակում, ինչպես օգնեց արևմտյան երկրներին համաճարակի ժամանակ։ Այս մասին երեքշաբթի օրը հայտարարել է ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը Դաշնային ժողովին ուղղված ուղերձում։

«Այստեղ ուզում եմ խոսել մեր ժողովրդի բնավորության մասին: Այն միշտ աչքի է ընկել առատաձեռնությամբ, հոգու լայնությամբ, բարեգթությամբ և կարեկցությամբ: Եվ Ռուսաստանը՝ որպես երկիր, ամբողջությամբ արտացոլում է այս հատկանիշները: Մենք կարողանում ենք ընկերություն անել, պահել մեր խոսքը, մենք ոչ ոքի հուսախաբ չենք անի և միշտ կաջակցենք դժվարին իրավիճակում։ Առանց վարանելու օգնության ենք հասնում նրանց, ովքեր դժվարության մեջ են: Բոլորը հիշում են, թե ինչպես համաճարակի ժամանակ մենք առաջինը, փաստացի, աջակցություն ցուցաբերեցինք որոշ եվրոպական երկրների, այդ թվում՝ Իտալիային, այլ պետություններին՝ Covid-ի բռնկման ամենադժվար շաբաթներին»,- ասել է ՌԴ նախագահը։

«Չմոռանանք, թե ինչպես ենք մենք օգնության հասնում Սիրիայում և Թուրքիայում՝ երկրաշարժի դեպքում»,- հավելել է Պուտինը։
