«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
iz.ru-ն «Աղետի դիվանագիտություն. ինչպես երկրաշարժը փոխեց Հայաստան-Թուրքիա հարաբերությունները» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ սարսափելի երկրաշարժի ֆոնին փոխվել են Հայաստանի և Թուրքիայի հարաբերությունները։ Հայաստանը փրկարարների խումբ էր ուղարկել հարևաններին, ինչպես նաև մարդասիրական բեռների երկու շարասյուն, ինչի համար վերջին 30 տարվա մեջ առաջին անգամ կողմերը ապաշրջափակել էին ցամաքային սահմանը ավտոմեքենաների համար։ Բացի այդ, Հայաստանի արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանն այցելել էր Անկարա և ողբերգության էպիկենտրոն, երկու երկրների դիվանագետները հաշտարար հայտարարություններով էին հանդես եկել։
iz.ru-ն փորձել է հասկանալ, թե ինչի կհանգեցնի հարաբերությունների ջերմացումը: Փորձագետները նշում են, որ Հայաստանի և Թուրքիայի միջև հարաբերություններում բեկում դեռևս չարժե սպասել։ Հայաստանի ԳԱԱ Արևելագիտության ինստիտուտի տնօրենի խորհրդական Ռուբեն Սաֆրաստյանը կարծում է, որ Թուրքիան հավատարիմ է փոքր քայլերի մարտավարությանը։ «Տարեսկզբին Անկարան համաձայնեց վերականգնել ուղևորափոխադրումներն ու բեռնափոխադրումները։ Քննարկվում է երրորդ երկրների քաղաքացիների համար սահմանի բացման հարցը: Ընթացիկ բանակցությունների ընթացքում կողմերը պայմանավորվել են վերականգնել սահմանային կամուրջը։ Այս ամենը կարևոր է, բայց ոչ առաջնային»,- նշել է նա։
Սաֆրաստյանը հավելել է, որ հիմնական՝ սահմանի բացման հարցում, առաջընթաց դեռ չկա։ «Երևանը բազմիցս ընդգծել է, որ պատրաստ է բացել սահմանը առանց որևէ նախապայմանի։ Սակայն Թուրքիան հետաձգում է այդ հարցի լուծումը։ Նա նման կերպ դրդում է Հայաստանին անբարենպաստ խաղաղության պայմանագիր կնքել Ադրբեջանի հետ։ Եվ հիմա էլ տեսանելի է, որ ընթացիկ իրադարձություններից հետո Թուրքիայի ղեկավարության դիրքորոշումը չի փոխվել»,- ասել է նա:
Ռուսաստանի Գիտությունների ակադեմիայի Արևելագիտության ինստիտուտի փոխտնօրեն Ալեքսանդր Սկակովը կարծում է, որ Երևանը, հնարավոր է, հույս ունի, որ Թուրքիան ճնշում կգործադրի Ադրբեջանի վրա Ղարաբաղը ապաշրջափակելու համար, բայց այդ հաշվարկն, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, սխալ է։ «Անկարան և Բաքուն շատ սերտ են համագործակցում, Թուրքիան այնքան հեռու չի գնա, որ անտեսի դաշնակցի շահերը։ Ըստ այդմ, քիչ հավանական է, որ այս կերպ հնարավոր լինի երթևեկությունը վերականգնել Լաչինի միջանցքով»,- նշել է փորձագետը։
