«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Օրվա իշխանությունների կողմից պերմանենտ տեղեկատվություններ են շրջանառվում, որ բանակում «աննախադեպ» բարեփոխումներ ու նորարարություններ են իրականացվում, սակայն, որպես կանոն, հաճախ ականատես ենք լինում ինչ-որ կոսմետիկ ու իրենցից ոչ մի լուրջ բովանդակություն չպարունակող քայլերի, իսկ ավելի հաճախ՝ քայլերի իսպառ բացակայության։

Օրերս կառավարության նիստում որոշում ընդունվեց, որ մարտի 1-ից մեկնարկում են պահեստազորայինների հերթական վարժական հավաքները։ Նշենք, որ այս անգամ դրանք երեք ամսվա փոխարեն կտևեն 25 օր: Դրանք պարտադիր են լինելու 20-ից 55 տարեկան բոլոր պահեստազորայինների համար, և, ըստ պաշտոնական հայտարարությունների, քաղաքացին ինքն է ընտրելու, թե տարվա մեջ երբ կարող է ժամանակ տրամադրել։Սակայն, «Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, հավաքներին մասնակցելու ժամկետը սեփական ցանկությամբ ընտրելու բաղադրիչը, կարծես, չի աշխատում, և մարդկանց պարտադրում են տեղավորվել իրենց կողմից ներկայացված ժամանակացույցում։ Ոչ բոլորին, իհարկե:
