«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Այսպես կոչված՝ «խաղաղության պայմանագրի» համաձայնեցումը «կիրթ ու կառուցողական» Ալիևի հետ քպական առաջնորդի համար, կարելի է ասել, թևակոխել է ավարտական փուլ: Դա ուղղակիորեն բխում է քպական կառավարության վերջին նիստում՝ փետրվարի 16ին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի արած հայտարարությունից: Խնայելով թերթի օգտակար տարածքն ու ընթերցողի նյարդերը՝ հոգեվիճակով հանդերձ, այստեղ մեջբերենք միայն մեկ էական հատված (իսկ ովքեր շարունակում են հմայախոսության նման մրմնջալ «սաղ նախկիններն են ջեբը գցել», «չեմ հավատում, որր նա նման բան ասած լինի» և այլն, կարող են օրինական կարգով ներթափանցել ՀՀ կառավարության կայք և անձամբ համոզվել).

«...Ինչպես նախկինում բազմից ասել եմ, ես պատրաստ եմ վերցնել և կրել այդպիսի պատասխանատվություն»: Այ, այստեղ, ինչպես նախօրեին աշխատանքից ազատված մի պաշտոնյա կասեր՝ ստո՛պ: Նիկոլ Փաշինյան և... պատասխանատվությո՞ւն: Այստեղ արդեն ոչ թե՝ «հարց կա՛», այլ հարցերի մի ամբողջ շարան: Ցավոք, հիմնականում՝ հռետորական: Թվարկենք ընդամենը 3-ը: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, լինելով գործադիր իշխանության ղեկավար, հրահրեց ու նախաձեռնեց իշխող կուսակցության հարձակումը դատական իշխանության մարմինների վրա: Նա պատասխանատվություն կրե՞լ է դրա համար: Ո՛չ: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, լինելով Հայաստանի կողմից բանակցողը ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ շրջանակներում, անպատասխանատու հայտարարություններով («Արցախը Հայաստան է, և վերջ» և այլն) վերջնական փակուղի է մտցրել բանակցային գործընթացը, գործնականում լեգիտիմացրել է ադրբեջանաթուրքական տանդեմի՝ պատերազմական գործողությունների դիմելու մշտական մղումները:

Պատասխանատվություն կրե՞լ է դրա համար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը: Ո՛չ: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը պատասխանատվություն կրե՞լ է պատերազմի, դրանով հայկական զույգ պետությունների գոյությունը վերացման ռեալ վտանգի մեջ դնելու և համակողմանի աղետի, հազարավոր զոհերի, ահռելի տարածքային կորուստների համար: Ո՛չ: Ու հիմա՞ է պատասխանատվություն կրելու: Նա, առհասարակ, ի՞նչ է հասկանում՝ ասելով «պատասխանատվություն կրել»: Հնարավո՞ր է, որ նրա պատկերացրած «պատասխանատվություն կրելն» ԱԺ ամբիոնից (կամ լայվի մոնիտորից) չքմեղացած «դեմք անելը» կամ աչքերը դեսուդեն ոլորելն ու ձեռքերը տարածելն է՝ «ամեն դեպքում նույնն էր լինելու, բայց առանց զոհերի», «դե, էդպես էինք ասում, որ մեզ դավաճան չասեն» ու նման արտահայտությունների զուգահեռմամբ: Պարզ է մեկ բան. եթե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը գիտակցաբար հայտարարում է, որ պատրաստ է պատասխանատվություն կրել, ուրեմն, մտադիր է ստորագրել այնպիսի մի փաստաթուղթ, որի համեմատ նույնիսկ 2020-ի նոյեմբերի 9-ին ստորագրած կապիտուլ յացիոն բնույթի հայտարարությունը կարող է անմեղ մի բան թվալ:
