Արտակ Զաքարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է. 

Այսօրվա կառավարության նիստում, ՀՀ ԱԳ այսպես կոչված նախարարը գլուխ էր գովում թե ինչպիսի կարևոր այցելություն է ունեցել Թուրքիա, որտեղ իհարկե չի խոսվել Արցախի ապաշրջափակման, Ադրբեջանի կողմից ՀՀ տարածքների օկուպացման, Թուրքիայի կողմից պարբերաբար հնչող սպառնալիքների, Սյունիքով միջանցքի անհնարինության, 44-օրյա պատերազմում Հայաստանի դեմ փաստացի պետերազմած Թուրքիայի, Հայոց Ցեղասպանության և այլնի մասին: Սակայն ըստ Արարատի՝ երկու “կարևոր” հարց է իբրև լուծվել. մեկը՝ ՀՀ դիվանագիտական անձնագրեր ունեցող անձիք շուտով հնարավորություն կունենան այցելել Թուրքիա և երկրորդը՝ ինչ-որ հին կամուրջ են համատեղ վերանորոգելու:

Կամուրջի հարցը թողնենք մի կողմ, որովհետև դա ՀՀ քաղաքացիներին տեսանելի ապագայում ոչինչ չի տալու և տնտեսագետները այս հարցում համառորեն լռում են: Անդրադառնանք Արարատի գլխավոր “աչքալուսանքին”:
Հայաստանում դիվանագիտական անձնագրեր կրելու իրավունք ունեն ՀՀ Նախագահը, ՀՀ Աժ պատգամավորները, ՀՀ վարչապետը, ՀՀ կառավարության անդամները, ՀՀ ՍԴ նախագահը, ՀՀ վճռաբեկ դատարանի նախագահը, ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազը, Ամենայն Հայոց կաթողիկոսը, Ազգային անվտանգության խորհրդի անդամները, ՀՀ ԿԲ նախագահը, ՀՀ օրենքներով ստեղծված մշտապես գործող հանձնաժողովների (խորհուրդների) նախագահները, ՀՀ մարզպետները (Երևանի քաղաքապետը), դիվանագետները, տարբեր երկրներում ծառայության մեկնած դիվանագետների ընտանիքների անդամները, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ Նախագահի, ԱԺ նախագահի և ՍԴ նախագահի ընտանիքների անդամները:
Հիմա ինձ խնդրում եմ բացատրե՛ք, թե ի՞նչ պետք է անեն վերոթվարկյալ պաշտոնյաները՝ մեր երկրի հանդեպ բացահայտ թշնամական տրամադրությունները պահպանող Թուրքիայում: Ո՞րն է նրանց համար ազատ մուտք ստանալու իմաստը և նպատակը, երբ չկա երկու երկրների միջև դիվանագիտական հարաբերություններ հաստատելու մասին որևէ գրավոր տեքստ, չկան պետությունների հարաբերություններում սահմանված առաջնահերթություններ, չկան միմյանց նկատմամբ ստանձնած միջազգային պարտավորություններ և այլն:

Արարատի հոջորդ "աչքալուսանքը" երևի լինելու է այն, որ այս պաշտոնյաների իշխանական մասն իրավունք են ձեռք բերելու ստանալ Թուրքիայի քաղաքացիություն:

“…Իսկ ի՞նչ վատ է, որ թող թավշյա կապիտուլյանտներն ազատ գնան Թուրքիա, թող լինեն նաև Թուրքիայի քաղաքացիներ, բա էլ ինչի՞ համար են ապօրինի իշխանափոխություն արել” – այսպես կպատասխանեն Նիկոլի կույր ջատագովները, որոնք, Նիկոլի հետ միասին, փաստացի հանդիսանում են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գերեզմանափորները:
