...Պատրոն Դավոն սաղ ըլնի. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Միգուցե ծիծաղեք, բայց փաստն այն է, որ օրերս վերստին, կարելի է ասել՝ նորից, եթե կուզեք՝ կրկին, բայց ամեն դեպքում՝ կալանավորվել է Դավիթ Գալստյանը, որը հանրությանը հայտնի է նաև «Պատրոն Դավո» մականունով: Այո, այո, խոսքը բանակին զենք-զինամթերք մատակարարելով զբաղված այն նույն անձնավորության մասին է, որի անունը շրջանառվում է «անորակ հրթիռների» գործի հետ կապված: Նույն գործով անցնում է նաև պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանը: Իսկ ծիծաղահարույց պահն այն է, որ կոնկրետ Դավիթ Գալստյանը վերջերս 50 միլիոն դրամ գրավի դիմաց ազատվել էր կալանքից: Սակայն մի քանի օր առաջ դատարանը բավարարել է 2 ամսով նորից կալանավորելու վերաբերյալ ԱԱԾ միջնորդությունը:
Չի կարելի բացառել, որ երևի էլի մի 50 միլիոնի կարիք կա, չնայած, սա ավելի շատ ուրիշ բանի է նման: Եվ այդ «ուրիշ բանը» շատերի մանկությունից հայտնի «բռնոցի-պպզոցի» անմեղ խաղը չէ: Ամեն անգամ, երբ բանակի, առհասարակ, անվտանգության ապահովման հետ կապված աղմկահարույց պատմություն է «պայթում», փաշինյանական իշխանությունը քարոզչաքաղաքական «փամփշտակալից» հանում է «Պատրոն Դավոյին», «փոշին թափ տալիս», տանում դատարան, կալանավորում, ապա որոշ ժամանակ անց, երբ այն մյուս պատմության փուքսը թողնում է, գրավով կամ անգրավ (ավելի լավ է՝ գրավով) բաց է թողնում: Մինչև հաջորդ կալանավորումը... Պոպուլիստական իշխանության ճանկն ընկած ու ապակողմնորոշված հասարակության պայմաններում տարբեր քարոզչաքաղաքական հնարքները («չպայթած հրթիռներ», «անորակ զենքեր»), պատկերացրեք, աշխատում են: Ազդեցություն թողնում է, քավ լիցի՝ «կուտ ուտողների» պակաս չկա:
Բայց նման դեպքերն ու նման գործելակերպը երևի առաջին հերթին պետք է դաս լինեն «Պատրոն Դավոյի» ու նրա օրն ընկած կամ ընկնող այն անձանց համար, որոնք մի պահ ազատության մեջ հայտնվելով՝ կարծես մոռանում են իրենց հետ եղածը, անգամ վերսկսում են «աշխատել» իշխանության հետ, մյուսները կարծում են, թե կարող են պայմանավորվել կամ իսկապես պայմանավորվել են Փաշինյանի հետ: Գուցե, բայց... մինչև հաջորդ կալանավորումը: Մինչդեռ, քաղելիք դասն էլ, կարծես, բարդ չէ. գործ ունեն, այսպես ասած, «քցողների» հետ, այլոց ամեն կերպ օգտագործողների հետ, պատասխանատվությունից ու պայմանավորվածություններից «թռնողների» հետ, որոնց անընդհատ «քավության նոխազներ» ու «բոքսի տանձիկներ» են պետք: Որքան՝ շատ, այնքան՝ լավ: Եթե բռնելու և «ժող, ջան»-ին հրամցնելու ենթակա ուրիշ ոչ մեկը չլինի էլ, համարյա ժողովրդական հայտնի երգի նմանությամբ ասած՝ «Պատրոն Դավոն սաղ ըլնի...»: Եվ ուստի՝ «ուստա՛, չալե»...
