Ուզում ես խաղաղություն՝ պատրաստվիր պատերազմի: Պատերազմը սրընթաց մոտենում է մեզ, իսկ մենք պատրաստ չենք դրան, մենք խաղաղություն ենք ուզում: Ո՞վ է մեզ խաղաղություն տալու… Երեւի Հիսուսը, այո՞: Եկեք չմոռանանք, որ Հիսուսից շատ առաջ եւ նրա ծնունդից 2022 տարի հետո էլ նույն օրենքն է անփոփոխ գործում՝ ուզում ես խաղաղություն՝ պատրաստվիր պատերազմի: Իզուր չի ասված՝ մարդկության պատմությունը պատերազմների պատմություն է: Պատերազմները եղել են ու կլինեն: Ամբողջ հարցն այն է՝ դու պատրա՞ստ ես քո «փայ» պատերազմին, թե՞ միայն խաղաղություն ես ուզում՝ չիմանալով, թե ումից:
Սիրելի հայրենակիցներ, մենք այսօր Նիկոլի հետեւից գնում ենք դեպի նոր պատերազմի կրակները: Չգիտեմ, թե երբ կսկսվի մեր բաժին նոր պատերազմը, աշխարհագրական որ կոորդինատների վրա, բայց մի բան հաստատ է, որ այն լինելու է շատ ավելի ընդգրկուն եւ սոսկալի, քան 44-օրյա պատերազմն էր: Մենք Նիկոլի հետ գնում ենք դեպի այդ մոտեցող գեհենը: Եվ, պատկերացրեք, Նիկոլն այլեւս ոչինչ անել չի կարող մեր այս «ընթացքը» կասեցնելու համար: Նա կարող է միայն խաղաղության մասին չկապակցված մտքեր արտանետել, իսկ թե որտեղ է այդ խաղաղությունը, որտեղից է գալու, ով է բերելու, նա պատկերացում անգամ չունի: Եթե ունենար՝ 44-օրյա պատերազմը չէր լինի, Արցախը չէինք կորցնի, Հայաստանը տարածքային կորուստներ չէր ունենա, պատմության ուսուցիչը պաշտպանության նախարար չէր լինի, ռազմավարական դաշնակցի դեմ որոգայթներ չէր լարի, ՀԱՊԿ-ի դեմ ցուցանքներ չէր կազմակերպի, Հայաստանը միջազգային պատշաճ հարաբերություններ ունեցող երկրից չէր դարձնի մերժված, անտեսված եւ իզգոյ պետություն: Նիկոլն այնքան անպատրաստ է պատերազմին, որ Հայոց բանակի մարտիկը չգիտի, թե որտեղ է սկսվում Հայաստանը, որտեղ է սահմանը, որ ինքը պետք է պաշտպանի: Ադրբեջանցի զինվորը գալիս, կանգնում է հայ զինվորի հայրենի հողում, ասում է՝ սա իմն է, ու հայ զինվորը չգիտի ինչ անել, որովհետեւ Նիկոլը խաղաղության ավտոբուսին է սպասում:
