Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության (ՀԱՊԿ) «Անխորտակելի եղբայրություն» զորավարժությունը, որը Հայաստանը հրաժարվել է անցկացնել իր տարածքում, կանցկացվի Ղրղզստանում:
Ինչպես գրում է kommersant.ru-ն, այս մասին հայտնել է Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության (ՀԱՊԿ) միասնական շտաբի ղեկավար, գեներալ-գնդապետ Անատոլի Սիդորովը։
«Ղրղզստանի Հանրապետության տարածքում նախատեսվում է ՀԱՊԿ խաղաղապահ ուժերի հետ «Անխորտակելի եղբայրություն» համատեղ զորավարժություն անցկացնել, որի ընթացքում կիրականացվեն ճգնաժամային գոտում հետկոնֆլիկտային կարգավորման և խաղաղապահ գործողության անցկացման առաջադրանքներ»,- ասել է նա:
Զորավարժությունների ժամկետները նշված չեն:
Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը «ոչ նպատակահարմար» էր որակել ՀԱՊԿ «Անխորտակելի եղբայրություն-2023» զորավարժությունների անցկացումը հանրապետության տարածքում։ Նրա խոսքով՝ Հայաստանը ցանկանում է ՀԱՊԿ-ի հետ դաշնակցային հարաբերությունները դնել ինստիտուցիոնալ հիմքի վրա. Բայց երբ կազմակերպությունը չի ասում, թե որտեղ է գտնվում իր պատասխանատվության գոտին, սա հիմնարար խնդիր է ստեղծում Երևանի համար։
Սրան ի պատասխան ՀԱՊԿ-ի միացյալ շտաբի մամուլի քարտուղար Վլադիսլավ Շչեգրիկովիչը հայտնել է, որ շտաբը պլան է մշակում կազմակերպության անդամ մյուս երկրների տարածքում համատեղ զորավարժություններ անցկացնելու համար։ Նա նշել էր, որ Հայաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարությունը զեկուցել է հանրապետության տարածքում զորավարժությունների անցկացման աննպատակահարմարության մասին։
