«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Արցախի մեր աղբյուրները հայտնում են, որ Արցախի Հանրապետությունում շարունակում են լարված մնալ ներիշխանական հարաբերությունները, ավելին՝ վերջին օրերին հակասությունները էլ ավելի են սրվել ԱՀ նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանի և պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի միջև: Մեր տեղեկություններով, հիմնական տարակարծությունները վերաբերում են Արցախի կարգավիճակի և ապագայի հետ կապված տեսլականներին. եթե ՀՀ իշխանությունները և ԱՀ նախագահը ավելի հակված են Ադրբեջանի հետ ինտեգրացիոն գործընթացների հետ կապված դիսկուրսին, ապա Վարդանյանը կարծում է, որ դա աստիճանաբար կբերի խնդրի «թաղման», Արցախի սուբյեկտայնության բացարձակ վերացման ու հայաթափման:

Ըստ այդմ, փաստացի, Արցախում ներկայում երկբևեռ իշխանություն է, որի մի կողմում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և Արայիկ Հարությունյանի «ինտեգրացիոն» սկզբունքների հետ համակարծիք պաշտոնյաներ են, մյուս կողմում՝ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի «սուբյեկտայնական» սկզբունքների կողմնակիցները: Սակայն, հաշվի առնելով այս պահին ստեղծված վիճակը, Արցախի շրջափակված լինելը, «կողմերը» զերծ են մնում մթնոլորտն էլ ավելի շիկացնելուց: Ինչ վերաբերում է Արցախի բնակչությանը, ապա, մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, անցկացված հարցումները ցույց են տալիս, որ 90 տոկոսից ավելին ոչ մի կերպ չի պատկերացնում Արցախը Ադրբեջանի կազմում:

Հիշեցնենք, որ վերջերս էլ «Գելլափն» էր հարցում անցկացրել հայաստանցիների շրջանում, և մասնավորաբար «Ձեզ համար ընդունելի՞ է արդյոք Արցախի բնակչությանը ազգային փոքրամասնության կարգավիճակի տրամադրումը Ադրբեջանի կազմում» հարցին բացասական է պատասխանել հարցվածների 95 տոկոսը:
