Ձորաղբյուրի «Փարիզյան սուրճ» գործարանի մոտ տեղի ունեցած ավտովթարի հետևանքով Opel-ի վարորդը մահացել է

Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Աբովյանի քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակում պարզվել է հունվարի 12-ին Ձորաղբյուր գյուղի «Փարիզյան սուրճ» ՍՊԸ-ի մոտ տեղի ունեցած ավտովթարի մասնակից ավտոմեքենաների վարորդների և մահացածի ինքնությունը։ Այս մասին հայտնում է Shamshyan-ը:
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը,պարզվել է, որ Kia Rio-ն վարել է Սյունիքի մարզի բնակիչ՝ 39-ամյա Արմեն Վեզիրյանը, Mercedes G500-ը վարել է Երևան բնակիչ՝ 43-ամյա Ալեքսան Ալեքսանյանը, Opel-ը վարել է Երևանի բնակիչ՝ 44-ամյա Անուշավան Գրիգորյանը։ Վերջինս մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել է «Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ» ԲԿ, որտեղ էլ օրեր անց գիտակցության չգալով՝ մահացել է։
Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով, հերքվել է դեպքի վայրում մի քանի անձանց հայտնած այն տեղեկությունները, թե իբրև վթարի մեղավորը եղել է Opel-ի վարորդը, մինչդեռ ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական բաժինը ձեռք են բերել տեսախցիկի արձանագրած կադրերը, որով որ հերքվում է Opel-ի վարորդի, ինչպես նաև Kia-ի վարորդի մեղավորությունը։
Տեսախցիկի արձանագրածով ակնհայտ երևում է, որ վթարի մեղավորը եղել է «յաշիկի» վարորդը, ով, ըստ նախնական տեղեկությունների, ոչ միայն գերազանցել է սահմանված արագությունը, այլև դուրս է եկել հանդիպակաց երթևեկելի գոտի, վթարային իրավիճակ ստեղծել Opel և Kia-ի վարորդների համար, ինչն էլ դարձել է վթարի պատճառ։
Հերքվել է նաև այն տեղեկությունները, որ վթարից հետո Opel-ի վարորդին օգնություն է ցուցաբերել նաև «յաշիկի» վարորդը, մինչդեռ վթարից հետո «յաշիկի» վարորդը որոշ ժամանակ հեռացել է դեպքի վայրից, երբ տեսել է, թե ինչ «շիլաշփոթ» է ստեղծել Opel-ի և Kia-ի վարորդների համար։
Պարզվել է նաև, որ Opel-ի և Kia-ի վարորդները եղել են սթափ, իսկ «յաշիկի» վարորդի սթափության փորձաքննության պատասխանը ստանալու համար քննչական բաժինը սպասում է պատասխանին։
Ինչպես ավելի վաղ դեպքի վայրից հայտնել էր ֆոտոլրագրողը, հունվարի 12-ին խոշոր ավտովթար էր տեղի ունեցել Կոտայքի մարզում։ Ժամը 20։50-ի սահմաններում Ջրվեժ գյուղում՝ «Փարիզյան սուրճ» գործարանի հարևանությամբ, բախվել էին Երևանի բնակիչ՝ 43-ամյա Ալեքսան Ա-ի վարած Mercedes G500 մակնիշի, Սյունիքի մարզի բնակիչ՝ 39-ամյա Արմեն Վ-ի վարած Kia Rio մակնիշի և Opel մակնիշի ավտոմեքենաները։
Վթարի հետևանքով Opel-ի վարորդը մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել էր «Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ» ԲԿ։
Վիրավորին առաջինը օգնության էին հասել «յաշիկի» և Kia-ի վարոդներն ու օպերատիվորեն ժամանած ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության փրկարար ծառայության հատուկ փրկարարական աշխատանքների իրականացման կենտրոնի թիվ 16 փրկարարական ջոկատի և 9 հրշեջ փրկարարական ջոկատի փրկարարները։
Վթարի մասին ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության 177 օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոնի պատասխանատու հերթապահ Հենրի Կոստանյանը տեղեկությունը փոխանցել էր Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Աբովյանի քննչական բաժին, որտեղից ժամանել էր քննչական խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Կարեն Փթուկյանի և հատկապես կարևոր գործերով ավագ քննիչի գլխավորությամբ։
