Հայաստանում Սիրիայի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Նորա Արիսյանի հետ հանդիպմանը «Համախմբում» շարժման անդամները քննարկել էին երկրաշարժից տուժած մեր հայրենակիցներին անհապաղ օժանդակություն հասցնելու հարցերը։

Շարժման անդամ Ավետիք Չալաբյանն Oragir.News-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ Սիրիան պետություն է, որ անցել է ծանր քաղաքացիական պատերազմի միջով, որը մինչև հիմա էլ դադարեցված չէ և, քանի որ Սիրիան գտնվում է միջազգային պատժամիջոցների տակ, նրան օգնությունը դառնում է շատ բարդ։

«Սիրիայի մի շարք քաղաքներ այժմ գտնվում են օտար ուժերի վերահսկողության տակ, ընդ որում՝ զոհերի մեծամասնությունը հենց այդ հատվածում է։ Սակայն հարցն այն է, որ միջազգային պատժամիջոցների հետևանքով ավիաընկերությունների մեծ մասն այնտեղ չի թռնում, հատկապես Եվրոպական երկրների մեծ մասը Սիրիային օժանդակություն չեն ցուցաբերում։ Ուստի այդ իմաստով Հայաստանի կողմից ցուցաբերվեղ օժանդակությունը շատ բարձր է գնահատվում։ Սիրայի դեսպանը մեր հետ հանդիպման ընթացքում մի քանի անգամ իր ու նաև Սիրիայի կառավարության երախտիքը հայտնեց, որ Հայաստանը ինքը գտնվելով բավական դժվար պայմաններում, չհայտարարված պատերազմական իրավիճակում, շրջափակման մեջ՝ Սիրային օժանդակում է»։

Անդրադառնալով օժանդակությանը՝ նա նշեց, որ երկրաշարժից անմիջապես հետո կան մի շարք անհապաղ խնդիրներ, դրանք ձմեռային իրեր են, օրինակ ծածկոցներ, քնապարկեր, գեներատորներ, տաքացուցիչներ, վառարաններ։ «Իրականում այս ամենի անհրաժաշտությունը շատ մեծ է, քանի որ 100 հազարավոր, գուցե անգամ միլիոնավոր մարդիկ հիմա անօթևան են մնացել։ Երկրորդը դեղամիջոցներն են, որովհետև, տասնյակ հազարավոր մարդիկ վիրավորվել են։ Այս պահին արդեն Սիրիայում 4000 զոհ կա։ Տասնյակ հազարավոր մարդիկ բուժման կարիք ունեն, մինչդեռ դեղամիջոցների ծայրահեղ սղություն կա, ուստի մենք կենտրոնանալու ենք այդ դեղամիջոցների հայթայթման վրա, որոնք ի դեպ, բավական թանկ են։ Դրանք կենսական նշանակության՝ կյանք փրկող դեղամիջոցներ են, ամենայն հավանականությամբ՝ կփորձենք երեքշաբթի կամ չորեքշաբթի առաջին խմբաքանակն ուղարկել»։

Նա ընդգծեց, որ քանի որ բացի իրենցից նաև այլ կառույցներ են դրանով զբաղվում՝ հիմա հույս ունեն, որ խելամիտ խմբաքանակ կկարողանան ուղարկել։ «Մենք արդեն ունենք անհրաժեշտ դեղամիջոցների ցուցակը, որոնք առաջին անհրաժեշտության են և որոնց ձեռքբերման ուղղությամբ աշխատելու են։ Այստեղ շատ կարևոր է, որ այդ ամենը ճիշտ հասցեատերերին հասնի և որևէ կերպ ճանապարհին չթալանվի, որովհետև բնական աղետների ժամանակ խնդիրներից մեկն էլ այն է, որ ճանապարհին բազմաթիվ անպարկեշտ մարդիկ փորձում են այդ միջոցները յուրացնել։ Այսինքն շատ կարևոր է, որ մենք ոչ միայն շտապենք, այլև որ այդ օգնությունը հասնի ճիշտ հասցեատերերին»։
