Ի՞նչ կասկածներ ունի Արայիկ Հարությունյանը, որ չուներ նախկինում. «Փաստ»
ANALYSIS«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Մի քանի օր առաջ Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը աշխատանքային խորհրդակցություն է հրավիրել իրավապահ համակարգի ղեկավար կազմի հետ: Նա իրավապահ համակարգի առջև դրել է մի շարք խնդիրներ և մասնավորաբար շեշտել է Արցախի ներդրումային հիմնադրամի և Գյուղի ու գյուղատնտեսության աջակցության հիմնադրամի՝ հատկապես 2020 թ. նոյեմբերից հետո տրամադրված միջոցները փոշիացրած, աննպատակ օգտագործած կամ դրանք մարելուց չարամտորեն խուսափած անձանց պարզելու, հիմնադրամներին և պետությանը պատճառված վնասները վերականգնելու ուղղությամբ «բոլոր միջոցները» ձեռնարկելու անհրաժեշտությունը:
Այստեղ ուշագրավ է այն հանգամանքը, որ այս հիմնադրամներում ստուգումների հարցը առաջ է եկել այն բանից հետո, երբ երկուսի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նախագահն էլ դարձել է պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը: Բանն այն է, որ մինչև 2023 թ. հունվարի 1-ը հենց Արայիկ Հարությունյանն է եղել հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նախագահը, և միայն հունվարի 9-ին են նախագահի հրամանագրով այդ լիազորություններն անցել Վարդանյանին, իսկ դրանից ուղիղ մեկ ամիս անց Հարությունյանը նման հանձնարարություն է տալիս:
Հետաքրքիր է, թե ի՞նչ կասկածներ ունի ԱՀ նախագահը այս հիմնադրամների հետ կապված, որ չի ունեցել այն ժամանակահատվածում, երբ ինքն էր հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նախագահը, առավել ևս, որ ստուգումների շրջանը վերաբերում է հենց այդ հատվածին... Ի դեպ, հավելենք, որ, ըստ մեր տեղեկությունների, պատերազմից հետո նշյալ հիմնադրամների կողմից շուրջ 10 մլրդ դրամի վարկեր են տրամադրվել:
