«Բաղրամյան պողոտայի շուրջօրյա նստացույցի մասնակիցները մի քանի անգամ այսպիսի տեսարանի են ականատես եղել: Շտապօգնության մեքենան Ազգային ժողովի կողմից բարձր ազդանշաններով եկել-հասել է Սահմանադրական դատարանի դիմաց եւ բախվելով Բաղրամյան պողոտան փակ լինելու փաստի հետ շրջվել-ետ է գնացել: Եւ ահա՝ երեկ համացանցում հայտնվեցին այսպիսի վերնագրեր. «Ցուցարարները հրաժարվել են շտապօգնության մեքենայի համար բացել Բաղրամյան պողոտան. կինը մահացել է»: Իբր՝ Բաղրամյան պողոտայի փակ լինելու պատճառով կին է մահացել:
Որ սա էժանագին քարոզչական հնարք է դժվար չէ ապացուցել: Նախ ամբողջ աշխարհը գիտի, որ Բաղրամյան պողոտան փակ է, եւ հետաքրքիր է, որ այդ մասին չգիտեն Երեւանի շտապօգնության երթակարգավարները: Այսինքն՝ հանգիստ կարելի է շրջանցել Բաղրամյան պողոտան։ Այդ ո՞ւր պետք է գնա շտապօգնությունը, որ նրան հարկավոր լինի Բաղրամյան պողոտան անցնել Սահմանադրական դատարանի դիմացով: Եթե Երեւանի Կենտրոն վարչական շրջան ուղեւորվելիս լինի, շտապօգնության Պռոշյան փողոցում գտնվող կենտրոնակայանից դեպի Կենտրոն համայնք տանող ամենակարճ ճանապարհը Պռոշյան-Պարոնյան-Սարյան-Մոսկովյանն է, որը միշտ էլ բաց է եղել: Այսինքն՝ չկա տարբերակ, որ Բաղրամյան պողոտայի փակ լինելը երկարացնի Պռոշյան փողոցից Կենտրոն համայնքի որևէ այլ փողոց տանող ճանապարհը:
