Մոսկվան չի հրաժարվում Ռուսաստանի, Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի ԱԳ նախարարների եռակողմ հանդիպումից, միջազգային օրակարգի արդիական հարցերին նվիրված մամուլի ասուլիսում ասել է ՌԴ փոխարտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Ռյաբկովը, հայտնում է News.ru-ն:
Նրա խոսքով՝ Ռուսաստանն այս հնարավորությունը այսպես թե այնպես կօգտագործի:
«Հանդիպման կազմակերպման հարցը մշակվում է, մենք դրանից չենք հրաժարվում։ Մենք կօգտագործենք այս հնարավորությունը»,- ընդգծել է Ռյաբկովը։
Ավելի վաղ Հայաստանի արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը հայտարարել էր Ռուսաստանի և Ադրբեջանի գործընկերներ Սերգեյ Լավրովի և Ջեյհուն Բայրամովի հետ հանդիպում կազմակերպելու պատրաստակամության մասին։ Նրա խոսքով՝ Հայաստանը ոչ թե չեղարկել է արտգործնախարարների մոսկովյան հանդիպումը, այլ հետաձգել է այն, և մտադիր է օգտվել որոշակի հարմար պահին։
Հիշեցնենք, որ անցյալ տարվա դեկտեմբերին հանդիպման անհնարինության պատճառը Լաչինի միջանցքի շրջափակումն էր Ադրբեջանի կողմից:
Իր հերթին, ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը հեռախոսազրույց է ունեցել իր ադրբեջանցի գործընկեր Ջեյհուն Բայրամովի հետ, որի ընթացքում դիվանագիտական գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարները նշել են Մոսկվայի, Բաքվի և Երևանի միջև եռակողմ համաձայնագրերի հիման վրա հայ-ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունների կարգավորման ուղղությամբ աշխատանքների վերսկսման կարևորությունը։ Ռուսական կողմը հայտարարել է, որ պատրաստ է Մոսկվայում խաղաղության պայմանագրի նախագծի շուրջ բանակցությունների փուլ անցկացնել Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարարների միջև։
