«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Հին Հռոմի կարգերի ու բարքերի անկումը երգիծաբան Յուվենալիսը հակիրճ բանաձևել է՝ «Հաց և տեսարաններ»: Հռոմից մի քիչ ավելի հին Երևանում արդեն մոտ 5 տարի իշխանությունը գրաված Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու նրա ՔՊ-ն առաջնորդվում են գրեթե նույն բանաձևով, բայց մի մեծ բացառությամբ: Քանի որ «հաց» չեն կարողանում ապահովել, ավելին՝ եղած-չեղածը թանկուկրակ են արել, տեսարանների վրա են զոռ տալիս: Ընթացիկ «տեսարանը» ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, Արցախի ազատամարտի հերոս, ԱԺ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության ղեկավար Սեյրան Օհանյանին պատգամավորական անձեռնմխելիությունից զրկելու միջնորդությամբ ԱԺ-ում գլխավոր դատախազուհի (թեպետ մի կարկառուն քպական «հարգելի պարոն» էր ասում) Աննա Վարդապետյանի հայտնությունն էր:
Միջնորդությունն էլ՝ «բազմասերիանոց», այսինքն՝ տեսարանն ապահովված էր ամբողջ 2 օր՝ փետրվարի 7-ին և 8-ին: Բայց... ավելի երկարատևության հույսով: Այն, որ գործ ունենք փաշինյանական իշխանության կողմից տեսարան սարքելու հերթական դրսևորման հետ, «անզեն աչքով» էլ տեսանելի է: Դա հենց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի թիմի ոչ վաղուցվա անդամ, այդ չափով էլ «անաչառության ցուցիչ» ունեցող գլխավոր դատախազուհու ներկայացրած միջնորդությունն է ի ցույց դնում: Բանն այն է, որ եթե նույնիսկ քպականների նման թքած ունենանք անմեղության կանխավարկածի վրա և հալած յուղի տեղ ընդունենք ներկայացված մեղադրանքները, դրանք, պարզվում է, միևնույնն է, առ ոչինչ են: Թեկուզ միայն այն պարզ պատճառով, որ Սեյրան Օհանյանին մեղսագրվող արարքներով քրեական հետապնդումը պետք է դադարեցվի՝ վաղեմության ժամկետներն անցնելու հիմքով: Ասել կուզի՝ Փաշինյանի իշխանությունը պարզապես «տեսարան է ապահովում»: Աղմո՛ւկ է պետք:
Այն պետք է լ յումպենին, որպեսզի ընկղմված մնա «սաղ նախկիններն են մեղավոր» թմբիրի մեջ: Բայց աղմկոտ տեսարանները Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանությանը ավելի շատ պետք են՝ իրենից (իրենցից) ինչ-որ չափով մեղադրանքների սլաքները շեղելու, առհասարակ՝ ընթացիկ օրհասական իրավիճակից, կենսական խնդիրներից ուշադրությունը շեղելու համար: Ու վերոնշյալ օրինակը դեռ միայն մեկն է... Իրենք Տիգրան Մեծին էլ կմեղադրեն (կհիշեք քպականներից մեկի այդ «մտքի թռիչքը»), իրենք ինչ ասես դուրս կտան, միայն թե պատասխան չտան, և աղմուկ (տեսարան) լինի: Դրա համար էլ՝ ամենօրյա տեսարաններ են, բայց... առանց հացի: Հա, արդեն չկա նաև ժպիտ, միայն լաց է, ողբ է, մահ: Ինչ կարողանում, այն էլ բերում են...
