Մենք ՀԱՊԿ-ից խնդրել ենք՝ ճշգրտել կազմակերպության պատասխանատվության գոտին Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում, այսինքն՝ մեզ ասել իրենց պատկերացումը, թե որն է Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը: Մենք այս հարցի հստակ պատասխանը չենք ստացել: Այս մասին այսօր՝ փետրվարի 8-ին, Ազգային ժողովում ասաց վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։
«Մյուս կողմից Եվրամիության քաղաքացիական առաքելության գործուղումն ինչո՞ւ է հնարավոր դարձել։ Որովհետև Պարահայում տեղի ունեցած քառակողմ հանդիպման արդյունքում ԵՄ-ն հստակ գծագրել է, այդ թվում Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի մասնակցությամբ և համաձայնությամբ, թե որն է Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը, այսինքն իրենք ասել են, որ մեր պատկերացմամբ ՀՀ քարտեզը սա է, կամ մենք ենք ասել, իրենք էլ դա ընդունել են ի գիտություն և հաստատել են։
Իրենք գալիս են այդ տարածքը մոնիտորինգ անելու, դիտելու։ Առանց այս առաքելության և տարածքի մասին պատկերացման՝ դիտորդական առաքելությունը կլինի առնվազն տարօրինակ, քանի որ իրենց համար պարզ չէ, թե իրենք ինչ են դիտում, որովհետև հարցն առաջացել է այն իրավիճակից, երբ Ադրբեջանն օկուպացրել է ՀՀ տարածքներ։ Եթե որևէ առաքելություն չգիտի, թե որն է ՀՀ տարածքը, ո՞նց է ինքը դիտարկելու՝ օկուպացվա՞ծ է ՀՀ տարածքը, թե օկուպացված չէ»։
Նա նաև նշեց, որ մինչև ԵՄ առաքելությունը, Ադրբեջանը արևմտյան հարթակներում իր ագրեսիվ գործողություններն ընդդեմ Հայաստանի բացատրում էր նրանով, որ Հայաստանը, կոնկրետ ՀՀ վարչապետն ավելի ու ավելի շատ ռուսական զորքեր է բերում ու տեղակայում Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան սահմանին, և պատրաստվում է հայ-ռուսական համատեղ ագրեսիվ հարձակում Ադրբեջանի դեմ, և Ադրբեջանն իր ագրեսիվ հարձակումներով պարզապես փորձում է շատ թե քիչ հավասարկշռել իրավիճակը իր խոցելիությունները կառավարելու համար ու այս գործընթացը շարունակվում էր։
«Արևմուտքում Հայաստանը փորձ էր արվում ներկայացվել որպես Ռուսաստանի ագերսիվ քաղաքականության մասնակից, իսկ ՌԴ-ում փորձ էր արվում ներկայացվեր որպես Արևմտյան դավադրության մասնակից։ Քանի որ ՌԴ գործընկերները տեղում ունեին ներկայացուցուցիչներ և արևմտյան մեր գործընկերները սկսել էին մեզ խեթ նայել, թե դուք հիմա իրականում պատրաստվում եք ագրեսիվ գործողություններ իրականացնել, որովհետև այնտեղ հայկական և ռուսական զորքերի մեծ կուտակումներ կան, մենք ասացիքն՝ եկեք, դուք տեղում դիտարկեք ու տեսեք՝ այդ ամեն ինչն իրականությանը համապատասխանո՞ւմ է, թե ոչ։
