Գրեթե երկու ամիս ադրբեջանցի «վայ-բնապահպանները» փակ են պահում Լաչինի միջանցքը՝ շարունակելով Արցախը հումանիտար աղետի հանգեցնելու իրենց քայլերը։ Լաչինի միջանցքը 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ պայմանավորվածությունների համաձայն պետք է հսկվի ռուս խաղաղապահների կողմից և գրեթե երկու ամիս ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորախումբը քննադատության թիրախի տակ է հայտնվել հատկապես Հայաստանի արևմտամետ քաղաքական ուժերի, և գործիչների կողմից և Հայաստանի ռազմավարական դաշնակցին մեղադրում են իր պարտականությունները բավարար չափով չկատարելու համար։

Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ ստեղծված իրավիճակը լրջորեն մտահոգում է նաև ռուսական լողմին, և օրեր առաջ Ռուսաստանի պաշտպանության նախարար Սերգեյ Շոյգուն բավական կոշտ նամակ է գրել Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևին գրեթե բաց տեքստով պահանջել բացել Լաչինի միջանցքը՝ փաստելով, որ միջանցքը փակ պահելու ադրբեջանական գործողությունը լուրջ վտանգ է ներկայացնում տարածաշրջանային կայունության համար։

Ավելին, ռուսական կողմում բնավ չեն հետաքրքրում Ադրբեջանի ներկայացրած «բնապահպանական» պատճառաբանությունները։ Ռուսաստանը հստակ գիտակցում է, որ սա քաղաքական և ռազմական քայլ է՝ ուղղված ոչ միայն Արցախը հայաթափելուն, այլ նաև տարածաշրջանում ռուսական խաղաղախահ զորախմբին վարքաբեկելուն և ռուսական ազդոցությունը նվազեցնելուն։

Ուստի և մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ՝ ՌԴ Պաշտպանության նախարարը իր նամակում նշել է, որ եթե Ադրբեջանը չբացի Լաչինի միջանցքը, ապա խաղաղապահներն իրենք կգտնեն այն բացելու ձևը։ Ընդհուպ չի բացառվում, որ հայտարարեն, թե ադրբեջանցիները հարձակվել են ռուս խաղաղապահների վրա և վերջիններս ստիպված են եղել ուժ կիրառել։ Առայժմ հայտնի չէ, թե ինչ է պատասխանել Ադրբեջանը, սակայն վստահաբար կարելի է նշել, որ շատ մոտ ապագայում Lաչինի միջանցքը Ադրբեջանը ստիպված կլինի բացել։
