Ֆրանսիան մտահոգված է Լաչինի միջանցքի փակմամբ և կոչ է անում բացել այն՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում հումանիտար ճգնաժամ թույլ չտալու համար։ Այս մասին հայտարարել է Ֆրանսիայի ԱԳՆ մամուլի քարտուղար Անն Կլեր Լեժանդրը RTVI-ի հետ հարցազրույցում։

«Այսօր մենք չափազանց մտահոգված ենք Լաչինի միջանցքի փակմամբ և մշտապես պահանջում ենք, որ այն բացվի՝ բնակչությանը պարենային և հումանիտար օգնություն հասցնելու համար: Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում լուրջ հումանիտար ճգնաժամի առաջացման իրական վտանգ կա»,- նշել է Ֆրանսիայի ԱԳՆ խոսնակը, հավելել՝ Փարիզը կողմ է Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև բանակցությունների վերսկսմանը:

Դիվանագետը նշել է, որ Ֆրանսիան աջակցում է եվրոպական միջնորդական ջանքերին, հիշեցրել, որ նախորդ տարի Պրահայում կայացած գագաթնաժողովը հրավիրվել էր նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնի շնորհիվ:

«Այդ շրջանակում է որոշվել Եվրամիության առաքելությունը Հայաստանի կողմից ուղարկել սահման՝ լարվածությունը նվազեցնելու և նրա սահմանների պահպանումն ապահովելու նպատակով»,- ասել է Լեժանդրը:

Նա չի համաձայնել այն կարծիքին, որ Ֆրանսիան իրական օգնություն չի ցուցաբերում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի շուրջ իրավիճակի կարգավորման հարցում: «Ես այդպես չեմ կարծում։ Մեր աջակցությունը հստակ արտահայտված է ամենաբարձր մակարդակով։ Նախագահ Մակրոնն անձամբ է գործադրել բոլոր ջանքերը իրավիճակի կարգավորման և լարվածության նվազեցման շուրջ բանակցությունների վերսկսման համար»,- ասել է խոսնակը:
