Զինվորական համազգեստի որոշակի պարբերականությամբ փոփոխությունը Զինված ուժերի առօրյայի մասն է կազմում, բայց իշխանության փորձերն այն ներկայացնել որպես բարեփոխում ցույց է տալիս, որ այլ բան չկա ներկայացնելու և ստիպված զինվորական հանդերձանքի թեման են բարեփոխման անվան տակ հրում:
Իմաստ կա՞ համազգեստ փոխելու:
Այո´, եթե դա ենթադրում են գունային առումով հիմնական ծառայության վայրերի, այդ թվում` մարտական դիրքերում տեղանքի գույներին համահունչ դարձնելուն, որակի ու ծառայության համար առավել հարմարավետ վիճակ ապահովելու համար:
Արժե՞ այդ նպատակի համար լուրջ գումարներ հատկացնել: Այս պահին, բնականաբար, ոչ:
