«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
realtribune.ru–ն «Լավրովն արդարացրել է Բաքվի ագրեսիան Արցախի և Հայաստանի դեմ» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովն արդարացրել է Բաքվի ռեժիմի տարածքային զավթումները: «Այո, Ադրբեջանը վերադարձրել է իրեն պատկանող հողերը։ Հիմա, երբ և՛ Հայաստանը, և՛ Ադրբեջանը Եվրամիության հետ միասին փաստաթուղթ են ստորագրել 1990 թվականի դեկտեմբերի Ալմա-Աթայի հռչակագրում նշված պայմաններով խաղաղության պայմանագիր կնքելու իրենց պատրաստակամության մասին, մեզ համար նույնիսկ դժվար է որոշել հետագա քայլերը, քանի որ Ալմա-Աթայի հռչակագրում ասվում է, որ նորանկախ պետությունների միջև սահմաններն անցնում են Խորհրդային Միության, միութենական հանրապետությունների, այդ թվում՝ Հայկական ԽՍՀ-ի և Ադրբեջանական ԽՍՀ-ի, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ինքնավարության վարչական սահմաններով։

Եթե Կրեմլն ու Սմոլենսկայա հրապարակը ցանկանում են կիրառել խորհրդային վարչատարածքային բաժանումը, ապա եկեք դա կիրառենք համընդհանուր։ Այսինքն, ամենուր՝ և՛ Կովկասում, և՛ Արևել յան Եվրոպայում։ Հակառակ դեպքում ինչ-որ տեղ ծուռ ու կողմնակալ է ստացվում։ Ուկրաինայի հարցում Կրեմլը և Սմոլենսկայա հրապարակը հրաժարվում են խորհրդային «վարչական բաժանումից», իսկ Հայաստանի հարցում, ընդհակառակը, հայերին պարտադրում են ավելի քան 30 տարի առաջ փլուզված սուբյեկտի սահմանները։ Դա ինչ որ տեղ անհամապատասխան ու անարդար է: Կա՛մ եկեք բոլորի համար նույն կանոններով խաղանք, կա՛մ դադարենք «իմաստուն» լինել, քանի որ նման «իմաստությունը» շատ թանկ է նստում Կովկասի ժողովուրդների վրա։ Մենք արդեն արյան գետեր ենք թափել։ Մի՞թե բավական չէ»:
