Նախօրեին GALLUP International Association-ը հրապարակել է հերթական հարցման արդյունքները, որոնք այս անգամ վերաբերում են Ադրբեջանի կողմից Բերձորի միջանցքի արգելափակմանը: Ի հեճուկս Ադրբեջանի ու նաև հայաստանյան որոշ շրջանակների, Հայաստանի ազգաբնակչության (հարցվածների) մեծամասնությունը շատ հստակ է եղել իր դիրքորոշման մեջ՝ պատասխանելով «Ձեզ համար ընդունելի է արդյո՞ք Արցախի բնակչության՝ ազգային փոքրամասնության կարգավիճակի տրամադրումը Ադրբեջանի կազմում» հարցին՝ ցույց տալով, որ գոնե այս հարցում հասարակությունը տարակարծություններ փաստացի չունի:

Եթե 2022 թ. նոյեմբերին ընդհանրապես անընդունելի է համարել 80,4 տոկոսը և «ավելի շուտ ընդունելի չէ»՝ 3,2 տոկոսը, ապա 2023 թ. հունվարին այդ ցուցանիշները համապատասխանաբար կազմել են 94,2 և 3,2 տոկոս: Ուշագրավ պատկեր է ստացվել ստեղծված իրավիճակում Հայաստանի և Արցախի իշխանությունների գործունեության գնահատականի առումով: Արցախի իշխանությունների պարագայում ԱՀ նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը ստացել է 2,2 միավոր (առավելագույնը՝ 5), իսկ պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը՝ 3,7: Հետաքրքիր է, որ եթե Վարդանյանի «գնահատականը» ամենաբարձրն է Հայաստանի ու Արցախի՝ հարցմանը «մասնակցող» բոլոր իշխանավորների արդյունքներից, ապա Հարությունյանինը ամենացածրն է:

Ի դեպ, Հայաստանում այս ասպեկտով ամենաբարձր վարկանիշը ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանինն է, որն ունի 2,8 միավոր և գերազանցում է նաև Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին: Ինչպես երևում է, իր արդյունքն է սկսել տալ Հայաստանի իշխանությունների ու մերձիշխանական առանձին շրջանակների կողմից մեղավորությունը ռուս խաղաղապահների «գրպանը գցելու» և, ընդհանրապես, ակտիվ հակառուսականության քարոզչությունը: Մասնավորաբար, եթե պատերազմից հետո՝ 2020 թ. նոյեմբերին Արցախում ռուս խաղաղապահների տեղակայումը «լիովին դրական» ու «ավելի շուտ դրական» էր գնահատում հարցվածների 81,5 տոկոսը, ապա հիմա արդեն՝ ընդամենը 50,4 տոկոսը:
