Եվրոպայի խորհուրդն արձագանքել է Արցախի լիակատար շրջափակման վերաբերյալ Թագուհի Թովմասյանի գրություններին

Թագուհի Թովմասյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է. 

Եվրոպայի խորհուրդն արձագանքել է Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի լիակատար շրջափակման հետևանքով ստեղծված հումանիտար աղետի վերաբերյալ իմ գրություններին:

Եվրոպայի խորհրդի գլխավոր քարտուղարին բազմիցս գրություններ եմ հասցեագրել՝ բարձրաձայնելով մի շարք մտահոգություններ՝ կապված Ադրբեջանի կողմից միջազգային իրավունքի նորմերի կոպտագույն խախտումների հետ։

Մարդու իրավունքների առաջատար այս կազմակերպության գլխավոր քարտուղար Մարիա Պեյչինովիչ Բուրիչին մասնավորապես ահազանգել եմ Ադրբեջանի խորհրդարանի` մարդու իրավունքների հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Զ․ Օրուջի կողմից արված հայտարարության մասին՝ միջազգային իրավունքի սուբյեկտ համարվող Հայաստանի Հանրապետության մայրաքաղաքին տիրանալու վերաբերյալ։

Բերձորի միջանցքի արգելափակումից ի վեր գրություններիս առանցքում են եղել Արցախում ստեղծված հումանիտար աղետի հետևանքով 120 000 արցախահայության մոտ առաջ եկած կենսական կարիքների բավարարման անհրաժեշտությանը, ցուրտ ձմռան պայմաններում Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի գազի և էլեկտրաէներգիայի անջատումներին և առհասարակ Արցախի բնակչության հիմնարար իրավունքների խախտմանը վերաբերող հարցերը։

Հատուկ անդրադարձ եմ կատարել նաև Ադրբեջանի կողմից 19 հայ երեխաներին էմոցիոնալ և հոգեբանական բռնության ենթարկելու անթույլատրելի միջադեպին, որը պետք է դառնա հետաքննության առարկա իրավասու միջազգային օղակների կողմից։
Այս գրությունների կապակցությամբ ԵԽ գլխավոր քարտուղարի և գլխավոր քարտուղարի տեղակալի գրասենյակի տնօրեն պրն․ Միրոսլավ Պապայից ստացել եմ պատասխան նամակներ, որոնց համաձայն՝

ԵԽ-ն շարունակելու է իր իրավասությունների շրջանակում աջակցել Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև հաշտության ջանքերին,

հղում անելով հունվարի 19-ին Նախարարների կոմիտեի Իսլանդական նախագահության հայտարարությանը՝ Լաչինի(Բերձոր) միջանցքի շուրջ հումանիտար իրավիճակի կապակցությամբ, ներկայացվում է հավաստիացում, որ ԵԽ գլխավոր քարտուղարը կշարունակի ուշադիր հետևել իրադրությանը,

ԵԽ գլխավոր քարտուղարը մտահոգություն է հայտնում և ընդգծում լարվածության սրումից խուսափելու անհրաժեշտությունը։

Շնորհակալություն եմ հայտնում ԵԽ գլխավոր քարտուղարի և գլխավոր քարտուղարի տեղակալի գրասենյակին և անձամբ տկն․ Բուրիչին ու պրն․ Պապային՝ իմ հրատապ գրություններին արձագանքելու համար։
Միաժամանակ ցանկանում եմ ևս մեկ անգամ ընդգծել միջազգային հանրության կողմից Ադրբեջանի ցեղասպան քաղաքականությունը կանխելուն միտված գործուն քայլերի անհրաժեշտությունը:
