Արցախի պետնախարարը փորձում է լուծել նաև զբաղվածության և տնտեսության վերականգնման հարցերը։
Երեկ պետնախարարի գլխավորությամբ տեղի է ունեցել խորհրդակցություն, որի ընթացքում ներկայացվել են շրջափակման տնտեսական և սոցիալական հետևանքների մեղմանն ուղղված միջոցառումները։ «Մենք փորձում ենք առավելագույնս աջակցել, որպեսզի աշխատատեղերը պահպանվեն, ցավոք այս իրավիճակում շատերը կորցրել են աշխատանքը, մշակված ծրագրերի միջոցով փորձելու ենք հնարավորինս աջակցել թե՛ տնտեսվարողներին, թե՛ սոցիալապես ավելի դժվար վիճակում հայտնված քաղաքացիներին»,- ասել է պետնախարարը։
Պաշտոնական տվյալներով՝ արդեն 5103 մարդ կորցրել է իր աշխատանքը և եկամտի աղբյուրը՝ Լաչինի միջանցքի փակ լինելու հետևանքով։ Ուստի և նրանց սոցիալական խնդիրների լուծումը առաջնահեթ կարևորություն է, որն իրականացնում է հենց պետնախարարը։
Նիստում քննարկվել է 4 ծրագիր, որոնցից 2-ն ունեն տնտեսական, 2-ը՝ սոցիալական ուղղվածություն։ Տնտեսական ծրագրերը վերաբերում են շրջափակման հետևանքով առավելապես տուժած ոլորտներին և նախատեսում են աջակցության տրամադրում տնտեսվարողների և անհատ ձեռնարկատերերին։
Ծրագրերի նպատակն է առաջին հերթին պահպանել աշխատատեղերը, տնտեսվարողներին աջակցել աշխատավարձերի, կամ պարապուրդների վճարման ապահովման հարցում, իսկ անհատ ձեռնարկատերերին ամսական աջակցություն տրամադրել։ Սոցիալական ծրագրերից առաջինը վերաբերում է դեկտեմբերի 12-ից մինչև փետրվարի 1-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում աշխատանքից ազատված անձանց։
Եթե ճգնաժամի պատճառով տնտեսվարողները ստիպված են գնալ ազատումների և կրճատումների, ապա այդ աշխատողներին հունվար ամսվա համար նվազագույն աշխատավարձի չափով աջակցություն կտրամադրվի։ Պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը նշել է միջոցառումների թափանցիկ և հասցեական իրականացան կարևորությունը, հանձնարարել է հաշվարկել նաև շրջափակման հետևանքով տնտեսության կրած ընդհանուր վնասի չափը։
Ըստ էության Արցախի շրջափակումը ոչ միայն քաղաքական և անվտանգային խնդիրներ է առաջացրել Արցախի համար, այլ նաև տնտեսական լուրջ կորուստներ, և միայն համակողմանի աշխատանքի միջոցով հնարավոր կլինի վերականգնել Արցախի տնտեսությունը, ինչն էլ առաջնահերթ իրականացնում է Արցախի պետնախարարը իր թիմի հետ։
