Մեկնարկել են շրջայցերը ՊՆ բոլոր զորամիավորումներ ու զորամասեր։ Դրանք լինելու են շարունակական և կրելու են նաև անակնկալ բնույթ։

Հանկարծակի այցերի նպատակն է տեղում ծանոթանալ ծառայության կազմակերպման ընթացքին, զինծառայողների կարգապահության և բարոյահոգեբանական վիճակին,
սոցիալ-կենցաղային պայմաններին, առաջնագծի կահավորմանն ու իրականացվող շինարարական աշխատանքների ընթացքին։

Այցերի ընթացքում նաև անմիջական զրույցներ կունենամ զինվորների հետ՝ լսելով նրանց մտահոգություններն ու խնդիրները։

Ծառայության նկատմամբ անտարբեր վերաբերմունք, ոչ կանոնադրային
փոխհարաբերություններ, կարգապահության ոչ բավարար մակարդակ, այսպիսի և այլ թերություններ նկատվելու դեպքում պատասխանատուները խստիվ պատժվելու են։
Պետք է իսպառ բացառվեն ծառայության նկատմամբ ոչ պատշաճ վերաբերմունքի, անփութության, անկարգապահության հետևանքով տեղի ունեցող դեպքերը։

2023 թվականը պետք է լինի սխալների խմբագրման, քրտնաջան աշխատանքի և բանակի ողնաշարը շտկելու տարի։

Փետրվարի 1-ին նմանօրինակ այցով եղել  եմ ՊՆ N զորամասում՝ հետևելով օրվա կարգացուցակով սահմանված ծառայության կազմակերպմանը։ 

Այցելել եմ նաեւ հրաձգարան, հետևել գործնական պարապմունքների ընթացքին: Այնուհետև տեղի է ունեցել զինծառայողների հետ անկեղծ զրույց, որի ընթացքում հետաքրքրվել եմ ծառայության կազմակերպման ընթացքով, առկա խնդիրներով, անձնակազմի հանդերձավորման և հաստիքային սպառազինության հետ կապված հարցերով:

Պատասխանելով զինվորներին հետաքրքրող հարցերին, ներկայացրել եմ ԶՈՒ-ում մեկնարկած բարեփոխումների ընթացքի վերաբերյալ մանրամասներ: 
Այցի ավարտին համապատասխան հանձնարարականներ եմ տվել պատասխանատու ստորաբաժանումների ղեկավարներին:
