Ավետիք Չալաբյանն անդրադարձել է Գեղարքունիքի մարզում տեղի ունեցած ողբերգությանը

«Արար» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը վստահ է՝ Փաշինյանի ձեռքով Հայաստանը խլում են մեզանից, իսկ Արցախի զիջմանը հաջորդելու է Սյունիքը։

Օրերս 168-ին տված հարցազրույցում, Ավետիք Չալաբյանն անդրադարձել է Գեղարքունիքի մարզում տեղի ունեցած ողբերգությանը, երբ 15 զինծառայողներ զոհվեցին հրդեհի հետևանքով։

Հասարակական, քաղաքական գործչի խոսքով՝ երիտասարդներն իրենց կյանքով են հատուցում Հայաստանի քաղաքական իշխանության անպատասխանատվության, ոչ կոմպետետության անմիտ գործողությունների պատճառով։ «Ունենք խորը ճգնաժամ, որը հասարակության մի մասը գիտակցում է, կամ էլ համակերպվել է և շարունակում է ապրել»,- նշում է Ավետիք Չալաբանը՝ հայտարարելով, թե պետք պայքարել մինչև վերջ փաշինյանական վարչախմբի դեմ։

Ողբերգական դեպքի մասով Չալաբյանը նշել է, թե ակնհայտ է, որ զինծառայողներն ապրել են մի կացարանում, որը տարրական անվտանգություն չի ունեցել, սակայն պետք է հետ կանգնել սենսացիոն շերտից, սկանդալային հայտարարություններից, հասկանալ, թե ինչպես է հնարավոր մեր բանակում նման ահռելի կորուստ, այն էլ այս իշխանության օրոք, որը դեպքից հաշված ամեր անց արդարանում և մեղավորներ է նշանակում։

Ըստ Չալաբյանի՝ ամեն ինչի համար գոյություն ունի քաղաքական պատասխանատվություն, մինչդեռ թե՛ պաշտպանության նախարարն ու փոխնախարարները և թե՛ նրանց անմիջական ղեկավար վարչապետը իր վրա պատասխանատվություն չի վերցնում։

Նորմալ ժողովրդավարական երկրում, ըստ Չալաբյանի, նման դեպքը կբերեր հրաժարականի, մինչդեռ Հայաստանում ժողովրդավարության քողի տակ կառավարում է մի վարչախումբ, որը բացարձակ ժողովրդավարական չէ և զարմանալի չէ, որ տարբեր ինդեքսներում արդեն մի քանի տարի հետևողականորեն հետընթաց է գրանցվում, ուստի բանակում և ոչ միայն բանակում, բացասական և ողբերգական դեպքերից խուսափելու միակ հնարավորությունը հասարակության կողմից իշխանության քաղաքացիական վերահսկողությունն է։

«Որ երկրում էլ ունենանք բացարձակ իշխանություն ունեցող վարչախումբ, չեք կարողանալու պատասխանատվություն պահանջել»,- փաստում է Ավետիք Չալաբյանը։

Անդրադառնալով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հակաարցախյան հռետորաբանությանը՝ հասարակական, քաղաքական գործիչը նշում է, թե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն Արցախի թիվ մեկ թշնամին է, 2018 թվականին Գյումրիից կատարած իր առաջին քայլից ի վեր։ Նա բերվել է իշխանության Արցախը հանձնելու և դա գլոբալ աշխարհաքաղաքական պրոցեսներով է պայմանավորված, արվում է տարածաշրջանում Ռուսաստանի ազդեցությունը նվազեցնելու համար։

Ըստ Չալաբյանի՝ Փաշինյանը հետևողականորեն գնում է Արցախը հանձնելուն, կհանձներ դեռ 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերին, եթե նրան չխանգարեր մեր բանակը, Արցախի ժողովուրդը, իշխանությունը, Ռուսաստանը։

Իսկ այժմ ՝ օգտվելով մի շարք հանգամանքներից փորձում է արագացնել Արցախի հանձնումը, և միակ հարցը, որ ծագում է՝ արդյոք մեր հասարակությունը պատրա՞ստ է դրան, պատրա՞ստ է Արցախի հանձնմանը։
