«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
rossaprimavera.ru-ն «Փորձագետները գնահատել են Ռուսաստանին Անդրկովկասից դուրս մղելու հավանականությունը» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Ռուսաստանը կարող է դուրս մղվել Անդրկովկասից, բայց դրա հավանականությունն այնքան էլ մեծ չէ, հունվարի 26-ին տեսակամուրջի ժամանակ ասել է ՄԳԻՄՕ-ի Միջազգային հետազոտությունների ինստիտուտի առաջատար գիտաշխատող Սերգեյ Մարկեդոնովը։ Նրա կարծիքով, Ռուսաստանի վտարումը Կովկասից այսօր քիչ հավանական է, սակայն պետք է աշխատել, որպեսզի իրադարձությունների նման զարգացման հավանականության մասին խոսք անգամ չառաջանա։ Նա հիշեցրել է, որ Արևմուտքի հետ որևէ հարաբերություն կառուցելու Հայաստանի փորձերը չեն սկսվել 2022 թվականին։
«Կարելի է հիշել դեռ 2001 թվականի հայտնի Քի Ուեսթի համաժողովի մասին, որտեղ Արևմուտքը փորձեց իրեն դրսևորել, ընդ որում՝ Հայաստանն էր դիմել, քանի որ ԱՄՆ-ում և Ֆրանսիայում մեծ սփյուռք կա: Հիմա այդ քանակական պարամետրերը վերածվում են որոշակի որակի»,ասել է փորձագետը։ Ռազմավարական հետազոտությունների և կանխատեսումների PFUR ինստիտուտի տնօրեն Դմիտրի Եգորչենգովը պաշտպանել է Մարկեդոնովի այդ տեսակետը՝ ասելով, որ առայժմ ոչինչ չի խոսում այն մասին, որ այսօր կամ վաղը Ռուսաստանին դուրս են մղելու Անդրկովկասից։
«Եթե մենք համատեղ ջանքեր գործադրենք, որպեսզի դա տեղի չունենա, ապա դա տեղի չի ունենա։ Այն, որ Հայաստանը հիմա ավելի ակտիվ է օգտագործում եվրոպական և ամերիկյան հարթակները, քան նախկինում, ես դրանում ոչ մի վատ բան չեմ տեսնում։ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև կայուն խաղաղության հասնելու համար պետք է օգտագործել բոլոր հնարավորությունները»,- ասել է նա։ Նրա կարծիքով, եթե ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Էնթոնի Բլինկենը կարող է օգնել խաղաղության գործընթացին, ապա դրանում ևս ոչ մի վատ բան չկա։
Գլխավորն այն է, որ այդ դրական բաները չշեղեն նրանից, թե ինչով է Արևմուտքը եկել այդ տարածաշրջան։«Եթե այնտեղ ինչ-որ բան ձեռնտու չէ Երևանին ռազմավարական փոխգործակցության առումով, այդ թվում՝ Ռուսաստանի հետ, ապա, հավանաբար, լավ կլինի հետաքննել այդ ամենը»,- եզրափակել է Եգորչենովը:
