ԵՄ հավակնությունն ավելի են ուժգնանում արևային «հեղափոխության» ֆոնին

Արևային «հեղափոխության ֆոնին», երբ Եվրոպան ձգտում է լիակատար էներգետիկ անկախություն ստանալ ռուսական գազից և ներկրվող այլ աղբյուրներից, Եվրամիության հավակնությունները գնալով ավելի ու ավելի ուժգին են դառնում։
Այժմ արդեն Եվրամիությունն իր առջև հավակնոտ ծրագիր է դրել մինչև 2035 թվականը միության կազմում ամբողջ էներգետիկայի 70-80 տոկոսն ապահովել քամու և արևային էլեկտրակայանների միջոցով։
Այդ նպատակին հասնելու համար քամու և արևային էլեկտրակայանների հզորությունների ամենամյա հավելաճը մինչև 2025 թվականը պետք է 4 անգամ գերազանցի նախորդ տասնամյակի տվյալները, իսկ արդեն 2025-2035 թվականներին կանաչ հզորությունների հավելաճի համախառն ցուցանիշը պետք է հասնի տարեկան 100-165 ԳՎտ-ի, մինչդեռ 2010-2020 թվականներին այդ ցուցանիշը եղել է ընդամենը 24 ԳՎտ։
2035 թվականին Եվրոպայի քամու էլեկտրակայանների պարկը պետք է հասնի մինչև 800 ԳՎտ, իսկ արևային էլեկտրակայանների հզորությունները աճեն 5-9 անգամ ՝ հասնելով 800-ից մինչև 1400 ԳՎտ։ Արևային էներգիայի նման զարգացումը Եվրամիության տարածքում բացառապես և առաջին հերթին քաղաքական է, Եվրամիությունն ունի, իհարկե, բավարար գումարային միջոցներ իր համար Ռուսաստանից կամ այլ երկրներից արդյունահանվող վառելիք ներմուծելու, սակայն ինչպես ուկրաինական պատերազմի ընթացքում հասկացել են Եվրամիության առաջնորդները, դրսից արդյունահանվող վառելիքը ոչ միայն տնտեսական, այլ նաև քաղաքական լծակ է իրենց վրա ազդելու և համապատասխան պայմաններ պարտադրելու համար։
Ուստի և եվրամիությունն այժմ ամեն ինչ անելու է իր արևային հզորություններն ավելացնելու համար։ Այդ նպատակին ծառայելու են ոչ միայն էլեկտրակայանների թվի ավելացումը,այլ նաև համապատասխան բաղադրիչների՝ տեղում արտադրությունը։
Էներգետիկայի քաղաքական գործիք լինելու հանգամանքը վաղուց հայտնի է, հայտնիէ նաև Հայաստանում, իսկ առավել ևս 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո, երբ հզորությունների մի զգալի մասը կորսվեց, արևային էներգիայի զարգացումը ռազմավարական լրջագույն հրամայական է Հայաստանի համար։
