Արցախի պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը ֆրանսիական հեռուստատեսության հետ զրույցում բավականին ուշագրավ հայտարարություններ է արել, որոնք վկայում են, որ Արցախի արտաքին քաղաքականությունը բավականին բարձր մակարդակի վրա է դրված, իսկ հնչող ազդակները լուրջ են և բխում են հայկական կողմի շահերից։

Մասնավորապես, Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը հայտարարել է, թե ղարաբաղյան հակամարտությունն այն խնդիրն է, որի շուրջ ԱՄՆ-ի Ֆրանսիայի և Ռուսաստանի շահերը համընկնում են։

«Ես որևէ հակասություն չեմ տեսնում Ռուսաստանի, Ֆրանսիայի և ԱՄՆ-ի միջև, որպեսզի ընդհանուր մեծ ճնշում գործադրեն Ալիևի և նրա վարչակազմի վրա»,- հայտարարել է Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը, իսկ լրագրողի հարցին թե՝ Արցախի կառավարության ներկայացուցիչն ի՞նչ կցանկանար ասել կամ հարցնել Ելիսեյան պալատի ղեկավար Մակրոնին, Վարդանյանը նախ երախտիքի խոսքեր է փոխանցել Մակրոնին՝ Արցախի կողքին լինելու համար, ապա կոչ արել հետևողական ճնշում գործադրել մի երկրի վրա, որը չունի մարդու իրավունքների մարդասիրական արժեքների ընկալում։

Անհրաժեշտ է ապաշրջափակել ճանապարհը, օդային միջանցք ապահովել մարդասիրական փոխադրումների համար և ի վերջո ճանաչել Արցախի անկախությունը,- նշել է Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը։

Եվրոպական հեռուստաընկերության ներկայացուցիչը բնականաբար կրկին հարցադրում է արել ռուսական իշխանությունների՝ մասնավորապես Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հետ՝ Ռուսաստանի նախկին քաղաքացի գործարարի կապերի մասին. «Ես նախագահ Պուտինին հասանելիություն չունեմ, ես գտնվում եմ շրջափակման մեջ, որտեղ մարդիկ ունեն պարենի, էլեկտրաէներգիայի սղություն»,-պատասխանել է Արցախի պետնախարարը։

Այս հարցը մասնավորապես չափազանց հուզում է եվրոպական կառույցներին և նրանք անընդհատ փորձում են շեշտադրում անել Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի ռուսական կապերի մասին, բնականաբար այդ ամենն արվում է ոչ հայկական կողմի կամ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի գեղեցիկ աչքերի համար, ի վերջո եվրոպական կառույցները փորձում են հասկանալ, թե ում հետ գործ ունեն և որքանով են անկեղծ Արցախի պետնախարարի խոսքերը, ուստի և Արցախի իշխանությունների այս մարտավարությունը առաջին հերթին և մեծամասամբ տեղ հասցնել Արցախի ժողովրդի ձայնը չափազանց արդարացված է և լիովին տեղավորվում է հայկական կողմի շահերի տիրույթում, հատկապես նախկինում, երբ Արցախն ընկալվում էր հիմնականում որպես ռուսական ազդեցության գոտի, Եվրամիությունն ու ԱՄՆ-ն չափազանց զուսպ էին իրենց գնահատականներում, իսկ այժմ նման դիրքորոշումների շնորհիվ հնարավոր կլինի փորձել իրավիճակը բեկել արտաքին ճակատում։
