Ռուսաստանից Հայաստան, Ղազախստան եւ Վրաստան փոխանցումներն աճել են հարյուրավոր տոկոսներով՝ թարմացնելով ռեկորդները. РБК

РБК-ն հայտնել է, որ Ռուսաստանից Ղազախստան, Վրաստան, Ուզբեկստան, Հայաստան եւ Ղրղըզստան դրամական փոխանցումները ռեկորդային ծավալների են հասել անցյալ տարվա արդյունքներով: Նման եզրակացություն է արվել այդ երկրների Կենտրոնական բանկերի վիճակագրության հիման վրա, որը հաշվի է առնում դրամական փոխանցումները բանկերի եւ/կամ «Զոլոտայա Կորոնա», «Յունիսթրիմ» եւ Contact դրամական փոխանցումների համակարգերի միջոցով:
Ինչպես ասվում է հոդվածում, անցյալ տարի Ռուսաստանից Ղազախստան է փոխանցվել 357 մլրդ տենգե կամ մոտ 775,4 մլն դոլար: Ղազախստանի Ազգային բանկի վիճակագրությունը վկայում է, որ դա ռեկորդային ցուցանիշ է 2014 թվականից ի վեր: 2021 թվականի համեմատ Ռուսաստանից Ղազախստան փոխանցումների ծավալն աճել է 6,8 անգամ։
2022 թվականին Ռուսաստանից Վրաստան է մուտք գործել մոտ 2 մլրդ դոլար: Սա 2012 թվականից ի վեր նվազագույն ցուցանիշից առավելագույն ցուցանիշն է, հայտնում է РБК-ն՝ վկայակոչելով Վրաստանի ԿԲ-ի տվյալները: 2021 թվականի համեմատ Ռուսաստանից Վրաստան փոխանցումների ծավալն աճել է 5 անգամ։
Դիտարկվող ժամանակահատվածում Ռուսաստանից Ուզբեկստան դրամական փոխանցումների ծավալը հասել է 14,5 միլիարդ դոլարի: 2021 թվականի համեմատ ցուցանիշն աճել է 2,6 անգամ, «ՌԻԱ Նովոստիին» հայտնել են Ուզբեկստանի Կենտրոնական բանկի մամուլի ծառայությունից: Ֆինանսական կարգավորիչը չի պատասխանել РБК-ի հարցմանը:
Հայաստանի եւ Ղրղըզստանի Կենտրոնական բանկերը դեռեւս չեն հրապարակել նախորդ տարվա տվյալները։ Այդ երկրների ֆինանսական կարգավորիչների մոտ հասանելի են 2022 թվականի 11 ամիսների վիճակագրությունը։ Կենտրոնական բանկերի տվյալների համաձայն՝ Ռուսաստանից Հայաստան փոխանցումների ծավալը կազմել է 3,1 մլրդ դոլար, իսկ Ղրղըզստան՝ 2,6 մլրդ դոլար: Դեպի Հայաստան փոխանցումների ծավալը քառապատկվել է 2021 թվականի 11 ամիսների տվյալների համեմատ։ Դա առավելագույնն է 2004 թվականից ի վեր։ Դեպի Ղրղըզստան փոխանցումների ծավալը դիտարկվող ժամանակահատվածում աճել է ավելի քիչ՝ 6 տոկոսով։
РБК-ի կողմից հարցված փորձագետները հստակեցրել են, որ Ռուսաստանից դեպի հարեւան երկրներ դրամական փոխանցումների ծավալների աճը տեղի է ունեցել ռուսաստանցիների մի մասի ռելոկացիայի պատճառով՝ 2022 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 21-ին ՌԴ-ում մասնակի մոբիլիզացիա հայտարարելուց հետո։
Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Դաշնային մաքսային ծառայության գնահատականներով՝ անցյալ տարվա հուլիսից սեպտեմբեր ընկած ժամանակահատվածում ռուսաստանցիների՝ արտասահման մեկնումների թիվը հասել է 9,7 միլիոնի, ցուցանիշը գրեթե կրկնապատկվել է. ապրիլ-հունիս ամիսներին այն եղել է 5 միլիոն մակարդակի վրա։ Ծառայության վիճակագրության համաձայն՝ 2021 թվականի հուլիս-սեպտեմբեր ամիսների համեմատ արտասահման մեկնողների թիվն ավելացել է 1,2 միլիոնով։ Ուղղությունները շատ տարբեր են եղել՝ Ղազախստան, Հայաստան, Ղրղըզստան, Ուզբեկստան, Տաջիկստան, Թուրքիա, Թաիլանդ, Պորտուգալիա, Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրություններ։
