Զինված ուժերի կազմավորումից ի վեր մեր բանակը գրանցել է բազում հաջողություններ և ապրել ծանր ու օրհասական ժամանակներ։ Այս ամբողջ ընթացքում բանակի կողքին են եղել մեր հայրենակիցները։ Դժվար թե գտնվի մի տուն, որտեղ չեն խոսում զինծառայողների սխրանքներից, որտեղ շունչները պահած չեն աղոթում մեր տղաների համար:
Մեր հայրենիքի համար այսօր բարդ ժամանակներ են, և առավել քան երբևէ մեզ հզոր թիկունք, անվտանգ ու պաշտպանված սահմաններ են պետք։ Այս հարցում ջանքեր չենք խնայելու՝ հանուն խաղաղության և բարեփոխված զինված ուժերի։ Հայոց բանակն ապահովված է բոլոր անհրաժեշտ միջոցներով, իսկ բանակաշինությանն ուղղված համալրումները շարունակական բնույթ են կրում։
Շնորհակալություն մեր երկրի պաշտպանության համար օրուգիշեր սահմանին կանգնած տղաներին, շնորհակալություն նրանց սպասող ընտանիքներին։
Հավերժ խոնարհում բանակի կայացման ակունքներում ընկածների հիշատակին, հավերժ փառք պատերազմներում անմահացած քաջերին»:
