Ռուսաստանն ակնհայտորեն սխալ է հասկացել Հայաստանում ԵՄ առաքելության նպատակը․ Պիտեր Ստանո

ԵՄ-ում հայտարարել են, որ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև հարաբերությունների կարգավորումը չպետք է դառնա ԵՄ-ի և Ռուսաստանի միջև մրցակցության պատանդ, ՌԻԱ Նովոստիին ասել է ԵՄ արտաքին ծառայության խոսնակ Պիտեր Ստանոն՝ մեկնաբանելով Ռուսաստանի արտգործնախարարության արձագանքը Հայաստանում տարածաշրջանի կարգավորման նպատակով նոր երկամյա եվրոպական առաքելության մեկնարկին։
«Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև հարաբերությունների կարգավորումը չպետք է դառնա տարբեր դերակատարների միջև որևէ մրցակցության պատանդ»,- ասել է գործակալության զրուցակիցը։
Նա ընդգծել է, որ ԵՄ-ն կարծում է, որ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունը սխալվում է՝ համարելով, որ ԵՄ-ի դերը Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև կարգավորման գործում ուղղված է Ռուսաստանի դեմ։ «Ռուսաստանն ակնհայտորեն սխալ է հասկացել այս առաքելության նպատակը և շարունակում է սխալ գնահատել ԵՄ-ի ներգրավվածությունը՝ որպես ուղղված Ռուսաստանի դեմ, մեր ընդհանուր հարևան տարածաշրջանում: Ամենակարևորը, դա Ռուսաստանի գործը չէ: ԵՄ առաքելությունը մեկնարկել է Հայաստանի իշխանությունների խնդրանքով և ազատ որոշմամբ։ ԵՄ-ն, իհարկե, կապի մեջ է եղել նաև Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների հետ այս հարցով»,- պարզաբանել է Եվրոպական արտաքին գործողությունների ծառայության ներկայացուցիչը։
Նա հավելել է, որ «ԵՄ-ն նույնպես տեղյակ է Ռուսաստանի դերի մասին 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերին բախումները դադարեցնելու գործում»։
«Այս առաքելությունը քաղաքացիական է և կծառայի որպես առանցքային տարր՝ աջակցելու հայ-ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունների կարգավորմանն ուղղված ջանքերին, որոնք արվում են ԵՄ-ի կողմից: Եվրամիությունը ստանձնել է այդ դերը երկու կողմերի համապատասխան խնդրանքից հետո»,- ասել է գործակալության զրուցակիցը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ առաքելության նպատակը, մասնավորապես, տեղում բնակչության անվտանգության ու վստահության ամրապնդումն է:
«Բոլոր մյուս լուրերն ու շահարկումները, որոնք այս օրերին շրջանառվում են սոցիալական ցանցերում, լիովին անհիմն են»,- եզրափակել է պաշտոնյան։
