Ամերիաբանկը հիփոթեքային շուկայի բացարձակ առաջատարն է 5-րդ տարին անընդմեջ
SOCIETYՀինգերորդ տարին անընդմեջ Ամերիաբանկը պահպանում է հիփոթեքային շուկայի բացարձակ առաջատարի դիրքերը: 2022-ի ընթացքում բանկի հիփոթեքային պորտֆելն ավելացել է մոտ 45 մլրդ դրամով կամ 32%-ով` հասնելով 186 մլրդ դրամի: 31.12.2022-ի դրությամբ Ամերիաբանկի մասնաբաժինը շուկայում հասնում է 22 %-ի:
2022 թ.-ին Ամերիաբանկի միջոցով առաջնային շուկայից գնվել է 1,635 նորակառույց բնակարան: Հատկանշական է, որ հիփոթեքային վարկերի մոտ 30%-ը հաստատվել և տրամադրվել է օնլայն` Estate.ameriabank.am հարթակի միջոցով:
