Ինչպես ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել էինք՝ հունվարի 25-ին Լեհաստանի Սենատի արտաքին հարաբերությունների և Եվրամիության հարցերով հանձնաժողովը որոշում է կայացրել Լաչինի միջանցքի շրջափակման վերաբերյալ։
«Լեհաստանի Սենատի արտաքին հարաբերությունների և Եվրամիության հարցերով հանձնաժողովը խորը մտահոգություն է հայտնում Ադրբեջանի տարածքում գտնվող, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը և Հայաստանի կապող այսպես կոչված Լաչինի միջանցքի երկարատև շրջափակման կապակցությամբ:
Շրջափակումը, որը տևում է 2022 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 12-ից, խոչընդոտում է ապրանքների, այդ թվում՝ դեղամիջոցների և մարդասիրական օգնության տեղափոխումը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ։ Գրեթե ամբողջությամբ արգելափակվել է նաև Հայաստանի և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի միջև ուղևորափոխադրումները։ Մեզ անհանգստացնում է ագրեսիվ հռետորաբանության աճը, որը սպառնում է սրել հակամարտությունը։
Կոչ ենք անում Ադրբեջանի իշխանություններին անհապաղ դադարեցնել շրջափակումն առանց նախապայմանների։ Լաչինի միջանցքով ազատ հաղորդակցության ապահովումը երաշխավորված էր 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ի համաձայնագրով, որով վերջ դրվեց Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ռազմական գործողություններին։
Ակնկալում ենք, որ Ադրբեջանի կառավարությունը կհարգի այս համաձայնագիրը։ Ներկայիս շրջափակումը բացասաբար է անդրադառնում ինչպես տարածաշրջանում հումանիտար իրավիճակի, այնպես էլ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև խաղաղ գործընթացի վրա։
Ցանկանում ենք ընդգծել, որ անհրաժեշտ է անհապաղ խաղաղության համաձայնագրի կնքումը` երաշխավորելու տարածաշրջանի կայունությունը և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հայ բնակչության անվտանգությունն ու իրավունքների պաշտպանությունը։ Մենք կոչ ենք անում շուտափույթ վերադառնալ բանակցությունների սեղան:
Ինչպես գիտենք, Եվրամիության կառույցները հայտարարել են իրենց պատրաստակամության մասին՝ աջակցելու արդար խաղաղությանն ուղղված բոլոր գործողություններին։
Լեհաստանը, հիշելով ավանդական բարեկամությունը թե՛ Հայաստանի և թե՛ Ադրբեջանի հետ, աջակցում է այդ գործողություններին։
