Թեհրանի ոստիկանության ղեկավարը հայտնել է, որ Ադրբեջանի դեսպանատան վրա հարձակվողը դեպքից անմիջապես հետո ձերբակալվել է:
Ինչպես գրում է mehrnews.com-ը, Իրանի մայրաքաղաքի ոստիկանության պետ, բրիգադային գեներալ Ռահիմիի խոսքով՝ հարձակվողն ուրբաթ առավոտյան զենքով ներխուժել է Ադրբեջանի դեսպանատուն, այն բանից հետո, երբ դեսպանատան աշխատակիցներից մեկը մուտք է գործել շենք։
«Այս անձն այսօր առավոտյան հրազենով մտել է Ադրբեջանի դեսպանատուն, նրա հարձակման հետևանքով մեկ մարդ զոհվել է, երկուսը՝ վիրավորվել: Ոստիկանության արագ գործողությունների արդյունքում հարձակվողն անմիջապես ձերբակալվել է. սկսվել է հետաքննություն», - ըստ իրանական լրատվամիջոցների՝ ասել է Ռահիմին։
Թեհրանի ոստիկանապետը հավելել է, որ հարձակվողը դեսպանատուն է մտել իր երկու անչափահաս երեխայի հետ:
