Գերմանիան համաձայնել է Ուկրաինային Leopard 2 տանկեր տալ

Գերմանիան համաձայնել է Leopard 2 տանկեր ուղարկել Ուկրաինա, ինչպես նաև կհաստատի դրանց վերաարտահանումը ՆԱՏՕ-ի գործընկեր երկրներից, ասել է Գերմանիայի կառավարության խոսնակ Շտեֆեն Հեբեստրեյթը։ Այդ մասին գրում է Reuters-ը։
Առաջին փուլում Գերմանիան Ուկրաինային կտրամադրի 14 տանկ: Առայժմ Գերմանիան նպատակ ունի սեփական պաշարներից Կիևին տրամադրել Leopard 2-ի երկու գումարտակ։
Բացի այդ, օգնության փաթեթը կներառի ռազմական պատրաստություն, զինամթերք, տեխնիկական սպասարկում և նյութատեխնիկական օգնություն:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Գերմանիան առանցքային դեր է խաղում Leopard տանկերի մատակարարման բանավեճում, քանի որ դրանք արտադրվում են Մյունխենի Krauss-Maffei Wegmann գործարանում: Երկիրը նախքան այս հրաժարվում էր դրանք Ուկրաինային փոխանցել իր պաշարներից։ Իշխանությունները պնդում են, որ Գերմանիայի անցյալի պատճառով դա առաջինը պետք է անի Միացյալ Նահանգները։ Սպիտակ տունը տրամաբանական չի համարում Գերմանիայի դիրքորոշումը, քանի որ գերմանական Leopard տանկերը կարող են Ուկրաինա մատակարարվել Abrams-ից շուտ, Bloomberg-ին հայտնել է ԱՄՆ վարչակազմի կարծիքին ծանոթ աղբյուրը։
ԱՄՆ իշխանությունները հավանություն չեն տալիս իրենց ծանր Abrams տանկերի (55 տոննա քաշով) տեղափոխմանը տեխնիկական պատճառներով, դրանց գազատուրբինային շարժիչները վառելիքը սպառում են հսկայական արագությամբ, հակված են խափանումների, և դրանց սպասարկումը պահանջում է բարձր որակավորում ունեցող անձնակազմ։ Դրանց պահպանման ծախսերը չափազանց բարձր են, ընդգծել են Պենտագոնում։
