Ռուսաստանը, մասնակցելով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի շուրջ եռակողմ պայմանավորվածություններին, շարունակում է տքնաջան և բարդ աշխատանքը թե՛ Հայաստանի, թե՛ Ադրբեջանի հետ երկխոսություններում:

Ինչպես գրում է ՏԱՍՍ գործակալությունը, այս մասին հայտնել է ՌԴ նախագահաի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովը:

«Ռուսաստանը, որպես երկու տարի առաջ ստորագրված եռակողմ համաձայնագրերի և փաստաթղթերի կողմերից մեկը, շարունակում է կատարել իր պարտավորությունները և շարունակում է չափազանց տքնաջան և բարդ աշխատանքը թե՛ Հայաստանի, թե՛ Ադրբեջանի հետ»- ասել է Կրեմլի ներկայացուցիչը՝ պատասխանելով հարցին, թե արդյոք Կրեմլը համերա՞շխ է ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Էնթոնի Բլինկենի՝ Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևին ուղղված կոչին, որը վերաբերում է  Լաչինի միջանցքն «անհապաղ»  ապաշրջափակելուն:

Հիշեցնենք, որ ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Էնթոնի Բլինկենը հեռախոսազրույց է ունեցել Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի հետ։ Այս մասին ասված է ԱՄՆ պետդեպի տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ։

Պետքարտուղարն Ալիևին  հորդորել է «անհապաղ» ապաշրջափակել Լաչինի միջանցքը՝ առևտրային ապրանքների շարժը վերականգնելու և հումանիտար ճգնաժամի ռիսկը նվազեցնելու համար։

«Բլինկենն ընդգծել է, որ Լաչինի միջանցքի շուրջ ստեղծված իրավիճակի ծնած հումանիտար ճգնաժամը խաթարում է Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև խաղաղության հեռանկարները։ Նա հորդորել է նախագահ Ալիևին կրկնապատկել ջանքերը Հայաստանի հետ երկկողմ խաղաղ բանակցություններում»,- ասված է  հայտարարության տեքստում։
