Հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի և դասախոս Էմմա Սարգսյանի գործով դատական հերթական նիստին ևս չէր մասնակցում գործով անցնող առանցքային վկան՝ Ագրարային համալսարանի ուսխորհրդի նախագահ Թոռնիկ Ալիյանը: Ի դեպ, հենց վերջինիս հարցաքննությունն էր նախատեսվում: Հավելենք, որ արդեն չորրորդ անգամ է, որ նա հրաժարվում է ներկայանալ դատարան: Այս անգամ նա պատճառաբանել էր, թե ինչ-որ կարևոր խորհրդակցության պետք է մասնակցի:
