2022 թ․ ԱԱԾ-ն պետական տարբեր մարմիններին է փոխանցել 1862 նյութ, նախաձեռնվել է 470 քրեական վարույթ

2022 թվականի ընթացքում օրենքով վերապահված գործառույթների իրականացման արդյունքում ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության կողմից ՀՀ պետական իրավասու տարբեր մարմիններին փոխանցվել է 1862 նյութ, որոնց հիման վրա նախաձեռնվել է 470 քրեական վարույթ։ Այս մասին հայտնում են ԱԱԾ-ից։

Տնտեսական ոլորտում իրականացված խախտումների վերաբերյալ ՀՀ պետական իրավասու մարմիններ է ուղարկվել 249 նյութ, որոնց մի մասը դեռ գտնվում է քննության փուլում, դրանցից 117-ը՝ պաշտոնեական դիրքի չարաշահումների և յուրացումների, 92-ը՝ տնտեսական գործունեության զանազան խախտումների, այդ թվում՝ մաքսանենգ կամ կեղծ ապրանքագրերով ներմուծումների, ինչպես նաև հարկերից և տուրքերից խուսափումների, 30-ը՝ աշխատավարձի տրամադրում իրականում չաշխատող անձի, 10-ը՝ փոխհատուցման անօրինական տրամադրումների մասին։      

Թմրանյութերի և հոգեմետ նյութերի անօրինական շրջանառության ոլորտում իրականացված խախտումների վերաբերյալ ՀՀ պետական իրավասու մարմիններ է ուղարկվել 84 նյութ, որոնց մի մասը դեռ գտնվում է քննության փուլում, դրանցից 45-ը՝ թմրանյութերի և հոգեմետ նյութերի մաքսանենգ ներմուծման կամ իրացման, 39-ը՝ թմրանյութերի կամ հոգեմետ նյութերի անօրինական օգտագործման վերաբերյալ։

Հաշվետու տարում ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական դեպարտամենտի քննիչների վարույթում եղել են 1105 քրեական վարույթներ, որից դեպարտամենտի քննիչների կողմից նախաձեռնվել է 443 քրեական վարույթ, 42-ը անջատվել են այլ վարույթներից, 268-ը ստացվել են այլ մարմիններից, վերսկսվել է 278 քրեական վարույթ, 5-ը հարուցվել են տվյալ տարածքը սպասարկող դատախազի կողմից, 1-ը դատախազի կողմից վերադարձվել է լրացուցիչ քննության, իսկ 68 քրեական գործ 2021 թ.-ից փոխանցվել է 2022 թ.: 

Հաշվետու ժամանակահատվածում քննչական դեպարտամենտի վարույթում քննված քրեական վարույթներից դատարան է ուղարկվել 79 վարույթ` 116 անձանց նկատմամբ, կարճվել է 129 քրեական վարույթ` 10 անձանց նկատմամբ, կասեցվել է 54 քրեական վարույթ, 435 քրեական վարույթ 105 անձանց վերաբերյալ ուղարկվել է ըստ քննչական ենթակայության, 116 վարույթ միացվել է ՔԴ-ում քննվող այլ վարույթների, 292 քրեական վարույթի նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է:

Հիշյալ ժամանակահատվածում ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական դեպարտամենտում նախաքննություն իրականացված քրեական վարույթներով, այդ թվում՝ նախորդ տարիներից փոխանցված վարույթներով, ըստ նախնական գնահատման, հանցագործությամբ պատճառված ընդհանուր վնասի չափը կազմել է 34.871.179.017 ՀՀ դրամ, որից պետությանը պատճառված նախնական վնասի չափը կազմել է 32.144.587.787 ՀՀ դրամ, իրավաբանական անձանցը` 704.639.069 ՀՀ դրամ, ֆիզիկական անձանցը` 2.021.952.161 ՀՀ դրամ:

Ընդ որում, նշվածներից, այդ թվում՝ ավարտված վարույթներով, նախաքննության փուլում, վերականգնվել է ընդհանուր 14.351.883.303 ՀՀ դրամ, որից միայն 2022 թվականի ընթացքում ընդհանուր 5.278.456.073 ՀՀ դրամը, որից պետությանը պատճառված վնասից` 5.007.884.856 ՀՀ դրամ, իրավաբանական անձանց` 270.571.217 ՀՀ դրամ:
