Դեպքից 2 օր անց ունենք պաշտոնական մակարդակով հնչեցված իրարամերժ տեսակետներ և որպես հաստատված փաստ հնչեցվող կարծիքներ, գումարած ամբողջությամբ գլխատված 2-րդ բանակային կորպուս: Ինչ կարվեր, եթե ձևականությունն ու պոպուլիզմը ստորադասվեր օրենքին.
 
 Նախ պետք է անցկացվեր ծառայողական քննություն և պարզվեր կոնկրետ անձանց մեղավորությունը: Պետք է կասեցվեր առերևույթ մեղսակցություն ունեցող պաշտոնատար անձանց հետագա պաշտոնավարումը մինչև նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի և/կամ ծառայողական քննության արդյունքներով ի հայտ եկած փաստերի հաստատումը:
 
 «ՀՀ զինված ուժերի ներքին ծառայության կանոնագիրքը հաստատելու մասին» ՀՀ օրենքը կարգավորում է հրդեհային անվտանգության, դրա համար պատասխանատու զինվորականների վարքագծի կանոնները և ոչ միայն: Այսինքն առկա է բավարար իրավական հիմք, պարզելու համար պատասխանատուների շրջանակը:
 
 Քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում, եթե չլիներ հպատակված իրավական համակարգ, պետք է պարզվեր թե ինչու ՊՆ-ն ունենալով բավարար միջոց և հնարավորություն, չի ապահովել զորանոցային պատշաճ պայմաններ: Պետք էր պատասխանատու պաշտոնատար անձին` ՊՆ նախարարին ներգրավել քրեական վարույթում տալով հստակ կարգավիճակ: Զորանոցի ընդունման հարցում մեղավորություն ունի նաև ԳՇ պետը, ում գործողությունների պատշաճությունը ևս պետք է դառնա քննության առարկա:
 
Արդյունքում ունենք աշխատանքից ազատված մի շարք զինվորականներ, որոնց պատասխանատվությունն ու մեղսակցությունը մնում է չպարզված, սակայն որպես քավության նոխազ ու միայն ու միայն գլխավոր մեղավորի կաշին փրկելու համար արված քայլ, սեփական հրամանատարին ծառայության ժամանակ դանակահարած պաշտպանության նախարարը համարում է բավարար:
