Արմավիրում կրակոցներ են հնչել. 22-ամյա տղա է մահացել

Այսօր՝ հունվարի 6-ին, կրակոցներ են հնչել Արմավիրի մարզում: Ժամը 00:40-ի սահմաններում Վաղարշապատի հիվանդանոցից ոստիկանության Վաղարշապատի բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ մահացած վիճակում իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխվել Արմավիրի մարզի Տարոնիկ գյուղի բնակիչ, 22-ամյա Արամ Տիգրանի Կարապետյանը:
Ինչպես Արմավիրի մարզից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, հիվանդանոց է մեկնել ոստիկանության Արմավիրի մարզային վարչության օպերատիվ խումբը՝ մարզի ոստիկանապետ Արսեն Այվազյանի գլխավորությամբ: Ժամանել է նաև ոստիկանության Վաղարշապատի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Արթուր Մկրտչյանի գլխավորությամբ:
Պարզվել է, որ Ա. Կարապետյանը մահացել է հրազենից արձակված կրակոցներից: Դեպքի մասին տեղեկությունը փոխանցվել է Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչություն, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը՝ քննչական բաժնի պետի պաշտոնակատար Արման Կարապետյանի գլխավորությամբ:
Ֆոտոլրագրողը հայտնում է նաև, որ նույն օրը, ժամը 02:30-ի սահմաններում, ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական բաժինը պարզում են, որ Երևանի թիվ 1 համալսարանական հիվանդանոց է տեղափոխվել Արմավիրի մարզի Տարոնիկ գյուղի բնակիչ, 35-ամյա Արմեն Արարատի Խլղաթյանը: Վերջինս հրազենային վնասվածք է ստացել ձախ ազդրի շրջանում:
Ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները պարզել են, որ նույն օրը, ժամը 00:10-ի սահմաններում, մի խումբ անձինք եղել են Երևան-Էջմիածին ավտոճանապարհին գտնվող «Մուսալեռ» ռեստորանային համալիրում, որտեղ էլ անհայտ անձը հրազենով կրակոցներ է արձակել Ա. Կարապետյանի և Ա. Խլղաթյանի ուղղությամբ, ինչի հետևանքով Ա. Կարապետյանը մահացել է, իսկ Ա. Խլղաթյանը՝ վիրավորվել: Դեպքի վայրում հայտնաբերվել է 9 մմ տրամաչափի 3 պարկուճ և 1 գնդակ:
Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով՝ վիրավոր Ա. Խլղաթյանը Տարոնիկի գյուղապետն է, իսկ «Մուսալեռ» ռեստորանային համալիրը պատկանում է ԱԺ պատգամավոր Հրանտ Գրիգորյանին:
Փաստի առթիվ Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչության Վաղարշապատի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ:
Ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական բաժինը ձեռնարկում են անհրաժեշտ գործողություններ՝ հանցագործությունը բացահայտելու ուղղությամբ:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
