Արցախի Հանրապետության պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Եվրոպական խորհրդարանի բոլոր պատգամավորներին Արցախի հայերին նրանց աջակցության համար։

«Սա կարևոր քայլ է՝ ստիպելու Ադրբեջանին վերջ դնել Արցախում՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում շարունակվող հումանիտար ճգնաժամին։ Ես իմ սրտանց շնորհակալությունն եմ հայտնում խորհրդարանի բոլոր պատգամավորներին Արցախի հայությանը ցուցաբերած աջակցության համար»,-Թվիթերի իր միկրոբլոգում գրել է Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը՝ անդրադառնալով Եվրոպական Խորհրդարանի կողմից Արցախի բնակիչների իրավունքների վերաբերյալ քննարկումներին ու դրա արդյունքում ընդունված բանաձևին։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Եվրոպական խորհրդարանը քննարկել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում մարդու իրավունքների վերաբերյալ հարցն ու ափսոսանք հայտնել Ադրբեջանի ինքնահռչակ բնապահպանների կողմից Լաչինի միջանցքի ներկայիս շրջափակման հետևանքով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում առաջացած ծանր հումանիտար ճգնաժամի կապակցությամբ։

Քննարկումների արդյունքում ընդունվել է բանաձև, որն ընդգծում է Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև համապարփակ խաղաղության համաձայնագրի անհրաժեշտությունը, որը երաշխավորում է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հայ բնակչության իրավունքներն ու անվտանգությունը։

Այն կոչ է անում թույլ տալ միջազգային կազմակերպություններին մուտք գործել տարածք՝ անհրաժեշտ մարդասիրական օգնություն տրամադրելու համար, ինչպես նաև ՄԱԿ-ի կամ ԵԱՀԿ փաստահավաք առաքելությանը մեկնել Լաչինի միջանցք՝ տեղում հումանիտար իրավիճակը գնահատելու համար։
