Արցախի պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը երեկ ընդլայնված խորհրդակցություն է հրավիրել, որի ընթացքում ուշագրավ մի հայտարարություն է արել՝ նշելով, որ Լաչինի միջանցքի փակումը քաղաքական շրջափակում է, ոչ միայն ճանապարհի արգելափակում չէ, պետնախարարն ասել է, թե Ադրբեջանի նպատակն Արցախի սուբեկտայնությունը ոչնչացնելն է, պայքարը գնում է սուբեկտայնության համար։

Շատ ավելի կարևոր է պետնախարարի արած մեկ այլ հայտարարություն։ «Ես հստակ ասում եմ, որ մեր նպատակն է ունենալ անկախ Արցախ, որը պետք է լինի անվտանգ և զարգացած, դա շատ կարևոր նպատակ է, որին հասնելը շատ դժվար է, բայց ես դա եմ համարում միակ ճանապարհը ու եկել եմ, որ միասին ամեն ինչ անենք այդ նպատակին հասնելու համար»,- նշել է պետնախարարը և հավելել՝ «Հաջողության հասնելու միակ ճանապարհն այն է, որ մենք միասնական լինենք, ես, այո՛, աշխատելու եմ բոլոր նրանց հետ, ովքեր համաձայն են իմ սկզբունքների հետ, հիմա մենք այնպիսի կետում ենք, որ ձախողելու իրավունք չունենք»։

Թեև Արցախի պետնախարարն այդպես էլ չի նշում, թե ովքեր են այն անձինք, որոնք չեն կիսում իր սկզբունքները, սակայն նրա այս արտահայտությունը բավականին ուշագրավ ենթաշերտեր ունի։

Ըստ էության, պետնախարարն ակնարկում է, որ Արցախում կան մարդիկ, որոնց նպատակն ամենևին էլ անկախ Արցախ ունենալը չէ և ինքը փորձում է պայքարել հենց նման դրսևորումների դեմ։

Գաղտնիք չէ, որ հատկապես վերջին օրերին Արցախում ներքաղաքական իրավիճակը սրվել է, իսկ արցախյան մի շարք ուժեր Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի վարչախմբերի օգնությամբ փորձում են հեռացնել պետնախարար Վարդանյանին և նրա թիմին, և Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի այս ակնարկներից կարելի է բավական ուշագրավ եզրակացություններ անել։

Ամեն դեպքում միայն եզրակացություններ անելով սահմանափակվել չարժե, հարկավոր է հստակ գիտակցել, թե ովքեր են աշխատում Արցախի սուբեկտայնությունը ոչնչացնելու ուղղությամբ և կանխել բոլոր բացասական դրսևորումները։
